大排檔在香港真的愈來愈少了,但在大排檔吃飯能感受更多香港的味道,多了一份市井的氣息。而且最重要的是大排檔多數味道都挺不錯,不會令你失望!薑蔥白鱔煲(138元)來到非常熱,聞到薑蔥味非常香,白鱔的份量挺多的,白鱔的肉質滑嫩緊致,而且有被炸了一下,所以非常吸汁,吃起來非常惹味!白切咸鵝(108元)這個醃得很入味,直接吃就能吃到鵝肉的香味又帶點鹹香口味,肉質緊實,鵝皮爽滑!而且鵝胸的部位很好地幫你去骨了,所以吃起來非常方便。如果怕太單調,其實還配有沙薑汁,配上來一起吃,味道會更香!椒鹽鮮魷(108元)這個脆漿很薄,吃起來非常酥脆,內裡魷魚鮮嫩爽滑,而這裡的椒鹽是帶點香香的味道的,所以吃起來挺香的!
