To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節,同屋企人嚟容記食個晚飯。叫得做小菜王,仲要米晒芝蓮咁款,都有啲期望咁啦。餐廳環境嚟講,不過不失啦,都算乾淨嘅。好,上菜。先嚟一味招牌沙拉骨先!嘩!啲肉唔知雪藏咗幾多年呢?😗 好,再嚟個乳鴿。呢個又唔錯喎,肉質算嫩,仲有啲肉汁添。最怕食到啲乾爭爭嘅乳鴿,呢味又算有啲驚喜。其餘嘅餸,分別係鼓椒炒蜆、金銀蛋菠菜、好架勢嘅龍躉尾煲,都只可以用一個字形容:咸!咸到母親大人要用水同啲餸沖一沖涼先食😂連我呢個年年廿五嘅後生仔都頂唔住啲鹽分嘅衝擊,要飲返壺普洱定定驚....所以話呢,米芝蓮喎,唔好吹咁大呀嘛⋯⋯
