To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一排冇食海鮮大餐,心血來潮捉咗朋友同我食呢一間蒸氣海鮮餐廳。記得早幾年有一排好Hit,開到周圍都係,喺佐敦食過好幾間,但係而家少咗好多,好在呢一間都幾出名嘅蒸氣海鮮餐廳,喺香港仲有好幾間分店,今日去嘅呢一間銅鑼灣分店,位置都幾方便。我哋叫咗尊貴海鮮套餐,裏面包含咗下面呢啲海鮮:-野生膏仔蟹-太平洋饅頭蟹-琵琶龍蝦-台灣九孔鮑魚-大西洋野生青口-加拿大野生海虎蝦-韓國斧山珍珠蠔-蟹皇大元貝-大蟶子咁多款海鮮裏面部份係自選,部份係固定嘅,食完之後仲有有機蔬菜籃,同埋重頭戲海鮮粥等,最後仲會有椰汁雪燕糖水。.總括嚟講佢哋嘅海鮮全部都用料幾高質,印象特別深刻嘅有好彈牙嘅九孔鮑魚、好鮮甜坊間好少食到嘅琵琶龍、仲有好緊實大隻嘅新鮮加拿大野生海虎蝦、爆曬膏嘅野生膏仔蟹。.成個過程都有服務員幫我哋蒸及校時間,基本上就係唔使用腦等食狀態,最後個粥食得出完全冇味精,個鹹味係黎自海鮮嘅自然鹹度,加上少少粟米排骨菜脯等等,雖然好飽但係都忍唔住食晒。
