To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從電視節目看到介紹的菜式不錯,故特意一試。因星期六,晚上六時入座八時結帳。服務態度雖不錯,但食物的味道真的沒有什麼特別,所說的招牌菜,如椒鹽賴尿蝦肉、椒鹽鮮魷、缽酒蠔從味道到賣相也很一般,椒鹽賴尿蝦肉及椒鹽鮮魷完全不野味,炸粉也厚,鮮魷淡而無味。惟一值得讚賞的是雞湯翅,點了四至五人份,翅量夠,湯底亦鮮甜。但店舖冷氣不足,邊吃邊流汗。整體來說,名過其實,且價錢不算便宜,五餸一湯翅,結帳要差不多二千元,勝價比低。感覺不良好,不會再光顧了。
