To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記而家有埋早市,7:00-16:00可以黎飲茶食點心、生滾靚粥、甜點啦⋯⋯🥳我食晚飯,叫左幾款小菜,1)揚名國際燒肉嘅燒腩仔五層肉嘅燒腩仔,燒到皮脆肉嫩,要沾埋芥辣醬黎食咁先正。2)小炒皇好多材料,用嚟餸酒一流。小炒入面有,腰果、魷魚、韭菜花、三色椒、蝦乾,白飯魚、蝦仁3)淮杞燉螺頭湯好正,材料有雞腳、淮山、紅棗、螺頭、杞子,因材料切到細細粒,燉湯更出味,所以飲完都唔會頸渴。4)紅酒燴牛尾入面還有紫洋蔥、紅蘿蔔,濃味餸,係可以食幾碗飯嗰種。甜點有斑蘭千層糕、杞子桂花凍、菲林芝麻卷。

3)淮杞燉螺頭湯
好正,材料有雞腳、淮山、紅棗、螺頭、杞子,因材料切到細細粒,燉湯更出味,所以飲完都唔會頸渴。
4)紅酒燴牛尾
入面還有紫洋蔥、紅蘿蔔,濃味餸,係可以食幾碗飯嗰種。
甜點有
斑蘭千層糕、杞子桂花凍、菲林芝麻卷。
