Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日跟尖子看電影, 晚上來到容記小菜王開餐. 週日晚上八時正到達, 差不多等了三十分鐘才可入座, 真的很旺場, 幸好尖子沒有黑面. 點選了兩道小菜: 黑毛豬陳醋骨(HK$138), 彈牙鮮蝦餅(HK$98). 黑毛豬陳醋骨, 分量不多, 只有八塊左右, 感覺有點貴. 試一口, 肉排口感稔軟, 醬汁味道酸酸甜甜, 挺開胃的. 肉也很入味, 整體感覺不錯. 彈牙鮮蝦餅, 分量也是不多, 大概有五塊左右, 感覺也是偏貴的. 試一口, 蝦膠口感挺彈牙的, 的確打得不錯. 蝦味也有的, 但外層炸得過分油膩, 有點美中不足. 飯後尖子帶著筆者吃糖水, Yeah!
