中環既omakase set 有兩個set, 今日食左個 $880既set, 前菜係螢光魷魚山葵沙律魷魚味道帶點咸香蒸物係蟹肉蒸蛋 滑蛋有蟹肉既鮮味一條一條好細緻壽司總共有9件，泥漿烏賊 、廿目鯛、赤貝、鰤魚、伊佐木、姬魚、中拖羅、赤身，最後仲有個海膽卷大部分既魚都係比較稀有之後食埋一個燒物，係目光魚，第一次聽呢個名，魚既口感有啲似九肚魚，但又有多春魚既口感啲肉質好嫩滑，可以連骨食用最後飲埋碗湯同埋日本水果 呢到係以玻璃為外牆，透光，有清晰既視野，連廁所都好乾淨，令人食得好舒服
