去泰國多次也從未到訪過泰北地區,碰巧朋友介紹這間泰北菜,終於有機會一嚐地道風味。餐廳以綠和白色作主調,光線柔和,充滿清新時尚氣息。店員先奉上五款泰式醬料,不過是收費的。<泰式鳳爪>份量稍多,微酸中帶辣十分開胃。<炸女婿蛋>單看名字已覺有趣。原來是以雀巢盛載著炸過的鵪春蛋,配少許肉絲,蘸上酸酸甜甜的濃稠醬汁,味道不俗。<泰式海南雞>海南雞皮爽肉嫩,仍保留少許肉汁,脂肪不多,水準挺高。<乾炒豉油皇河粉>河粉炒得挺乾身,醬油味濃,但稍嫌油膩。<芒果煎糯米飯>第一次吃煎的糯米飯,賣相夠特色。先用蛋漿包著,煎起來充滿蛋香及椰香,味道還有點像椰汁年糕呢!
