To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友到香港旅遊探親 , 盡地主之誼陪同去尖沙咀睇維港景觀及行商場名店轉轉，歎冷氣。朋友想食上海菜，我記得海港城有間翡翠拉麵 剛裝修完改翡翠 江南，我地提早時段食晚餐 ，好快入坐。店員推介多款菜式 ，選了好幾款小食 脆脆海蜇頭 蒜泥黑豚肉卷 椒鹽小黃魚 黑松露海膽帶子炒飯 小籠包 菜肉雲吞拉麵 擔擔麵 三角海鮮餃。 朋友讚不絕口 海鮮餃賣相一流 朋友都不停打卡拍照。 而且坐窗邊 可觀黃昏日落維港景色。我鍾意食小黃魚 有驚喜 香脆可口 連骨都想食埋。裝修後 格調高檔 價錢相對亦提高，但在尖沙咀旅遊地區都可接受。有海港景 食吓飲吓茶 ， 我地行到攰 不停要求加茶水 店員禮貌招待，值得一讚，唔該哂！
