To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家有人情味既非連鎖式街坊小店真係買少見少,尤其係傳統港式餐廳🥲依間餐廳係深水埗既朋友推薦俾我既,話係個個深水埗人都幾乎飯過既餐廳,主打傳統小炒,避風塘炒肉蟹(視乎時價而定)同豉椒味菜炒蟶子皇($188)都好惹味,以依個價錢食到咁大碟海鮮都好抵😛攻鼻得來同時掛上絲絲沙律醬既芥辣牛柳粒($118)都係友人最愛,配飯一流,最後點少得去大排檔必食嘅椒鹽脆豆腐($78)同蝦乾通菜煲($78),好熱氣但去得大排檔就係想熱氣呀嘛🫣anyway 推薦!
