突然又興起”回憶殺”,相信唔少人兒時都曾經睇過老夫子。今次去食呢間打冷,竟然有一系列老夫子裝飾係門口,腦海即浮現”耐人尋味”,哈哈哈……..店內唔難發現佢地嘅蹤影,陪住你食飯。特設老夫子菜推介菜式,每款都以佢地嘅經典四字作名,好似”耐人尋味”,”一舉兩得”,超搞鬼。咁就試吓由佢地個人推介嘅幾款菜式。鹹魚蓉蓮藕煎肉餅 ($108) 選擇梅香做菜料之一,因其肉質軟綿、味道甘香鹹鮮,容易混入肉餅與蓮藕粒煎香。有喼汁點食,煎得肉餅外脆內綿,咸魚蓉加肉餅超級好送飯,加埋蓮藕粒嘅爽脆口感,成為今餐嘅”偷飯賊”。呢碟蒜蓉炒蕃薯苗 ($88),插上一支大蕃薯旗仔,好應題喎。蕃薯苗以蒜蓉清炒,簡簡單單已經味道唔錯。呢碟鹹魚蒸馬友 ($208),有”生死戀”外號。將鹹魚同新鮮魚一齊清蒸,確係特別煮法。亦係選擇梅香放上馬友一齊蒸,咸鮮味滲入條馬友。馬友肉質超嫩滑,無咩細骨,夾少少梅香魚肉一齊食,驚喜味道。只有打冷先有得食,一大碗韮菜豬紅 ($70),豬紅忽然變做大佬。韮菜係底,浸住係濃味醬汁中,問侍應拎埋碟潮州辣椒油點食,豬紅滑得黎帶點煙韌口感,點可以唔叫。仲有一系列老夫子食品可以買走,例如港式蛋卷,惹味醬
