突然又興起”回憶殺”,相信唔少人兒時都曾經睇過老夫子。今次去食呢間打冷,竟然有一系列老夫子裝飾係門口,腦海即浮現”耐人尋味”,哈哈哈……..店內唔難發現佢地嘅蹤影,陪住你食飯。特設老夫子菜推介菜式,每款都以佢地嘅經典四字作名,好似”耐人尋味”,”一舉兩得”,超搞鬼。咁就試吓由佢地個人推介嘅幾款菜式。鹹魚蓉蓮藕煎肉餅 ($108) 選擇梅香做菜料之一,因其肉質軟綿、味道甘香鹹鮮,容易混入肉餅與蓮藕粒煎香。有喼汁點食,煎得肉餅外脆內綿,咸魚蓉加肉餅超級好送飯,加埋蓮藕粒嘅爽脆口感,成為今餐嘅”偷飯賊”。呢碟蒜蓉炒蕃薯苗 ($88),插上一支大蕃薯旗仔,好應題喎。蕃薯苗以蒜蓉清炒,簡簡單單已經味道唔錯。呢碟鹹魚蒸馬友 ($208),有”生死戀”外號。將鹹魚同新鮮魚一齊清蒸,確係特別煮法。亦係選擇梅香放上馬友一齊蒸,咸鮮味滲入條馬友。馬友肉質超嫩滑,無咩細骨,夾少少梅香魚肉一齊食,驚喜味道。只有打冷先有得食,一大碗韮菜豬紅 ($70),豬紅忽然變做大佬。韮菜係底,浸住係濃味醬汁中,問侍應拎埋碟潮州辣椒油點食,豬紅滑得黎帶點煙韌口感,點可以唔叫。仲有一系列老夫子食品可以買走,例如港式蛋卷,惹味醬料及芋泥酥。 continue reading

🦆 非同凡響 - 滷水鵝肝 $178鵝肝入口即溶,滷水味又夠入味,下面仲有大量芽菜,正呀!
🍠 潮州手工芋泥 $48 手工芋泥好滑,淡淡的甜味,食完真係大滿足!
🧋 樽仔奶茶 $20 樽仔奶茶嗰種懷舊味真係冇得輸,奶茶香濃又唔過甜,解膩一流。

提早同屋企人一齊慶祝母親節,揀咗間主打潮州菜嘅餐廳,仲同老夫子合作,環境同布置真係帶點懷舊風,不過環境上稍為有啲迫。叫咗幾個餸,埋單千三蚊出頭,性價比算幾高。整體食物質素中規中矩,冇特別驚喜,但幾樣菜式真係值得推介:1. 滷水鵝片 - 鵝肉軟腍入味,滷汁濃香,啱啱好,老人家同小朋友都鍾意食。2. 蒜蓉炒番薯苗 - 新鮮爽口,蒜香撲鼻,簡單但做得好。3. 潮州蠔餅 - 外脆內軟,蠔味濃郁,完全唔油膩其他菜式就一般,例如鹹魚蓉蓮藕煎肉餅,覺得鹹魚嘅味道唔夠突出,肉餅又有啲實蜜椒番薯牛柳粒同春卷都係正常水平,冇乜特別印象。胡椒豬肚湯老人家同細路鍾意,味道溫和啱用黎飲湯,但作為胡椒愛好者嘅我,覺得胡椒味同辣度有啲不足。西芹炒黃鱔(?)更係有啲失望,黃鱔味唔夠,感覺普通到有啲失色。 continue reading

陳儀興出名潮州菜,每次喺將軍澳區想食中菜,都會諗起呢間。假日通常都要等位,所以平日收工早啲過嚟,可以舒服咁食。Download app做會員有蛋卷送,食滿$500減$100,抵抵☺️今次嚟到有限定老夫子主題,菜式都特別唔同架!勢均力敵- 鹹魚蒸馬友必試煎馬友,魚肉超滑,而且起咗骨,好快就成條魚清晒。耐人尋味- 鹹魚蓉蓮藕煎肉餅菜名同老夫子漫畫相關,勾起好多回憶。味道唔算咸,食落咸香脆口。一舉兩得-鹹魚肉絲韭菜花爆炒夠鑊氣,除咗韭菜肉絲,仲有芽菜。潮州炒飯單尾叫多個炒飯,有蝦、肉鬆同蝦米,香口好食,好滿足。🧸評分:🧸🧸🧸🧸4/5🗺️ 香港將軍澳至善街9號嘉悅地下2-3號舖 continue reading

今次去咗陳儀興飯店將軍澳分店,撞正佢哋同老夫子搞聯乘,成間餐廳都佈置滿老夫子漫畫元素,仲有特別設計嘅菜名,真係「耐人尋味」又過癮!試咗幾款招牌菜,全部水準在線,仲好有創意,絕對值得推介!🐟「勢均力敵」鹹魚蒸馬友 ($208)呢道菜名玩老夫子經典四字詞,但味道一啲都唔兒戲!馬友魚肉嫩滑無骨,蒸得剛剛好,魚油香濃,配上鹹魚一齊蒸,鹹鮮味滲入魚肉,真係「勢均力敵」——鹹魚嘅濃郁同鮮魚嘅清甜互相平衡,送飯一流!🐮「各有千秋」蜜椒番薯牛柳粒 ($148)牛柳粒炒得夠鑊氣,肉質軟嫩帶少少焦香,配上蜜糖同胡椒調味,甜中帶辣,非常惹味!最特別係加入咗番薯粒,外脆內軟,同牛柳粒形成鮮明對比,真係「各有千秋」,口感同味道都層次豐富!🦆「非同凡響」滷水鵝肝 ($178)潮州菜必試滷水,而呢個鵝肝絕對係「非同凡響」!厚切鵝肝入口即溶,滷水香醇唔會過鹹,下面仲墊咗爽脆芽菜,解膩又增加口感。鵝肝油香豐腴,配白飯簡直係絕配!📸 老夫子打卡位 + 懷舊禮品餐廳佈置咗多個老夫子打卡位,仲有老夫子主題食品禮盒(如芋泥酥、蛋卷)可以買走,粉絲必掃!總結:陳儀興本身已經係老字號潮州打冷,今次聯乘老夫子更加有驚喜,菜式創新得嚟又保持傳統風味,價錢合理,環境又好玩,絕對係潮州菜愛好者同漫畫迷必去!下次約埋朋友再encore! continue reading
