To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽日突然間心血來潮好想食中式小菜整咗呢間位於太子嘅容記小菜王原來佢喺2018年米芝蓮餐廳推薦上到去嘅格局就好似中式茶樓咁但係我竟然出奇就係如多後生都喺度食飯,睇來食小菜並唔係上咗年紀嘅人嘅專利餐廳菜式都好多元化部分小炒價錢亦都非常之大眾化但就建議一大班人食會好啲因為可以叫多幾個餸食叫左個天下第一雞Menu 寫到明係農場雞所以都對雞嘅肉質有好大嘅期望果然肉質嫩滑,雞皮脂肪適中,唔會太肥半隻嘅分量都幾多配埋個沙薑醬送飯食一流另外叫左個海鮮雜菜煲海鮮食得出係冰鮮不過以佢嘅價錢$108我都覺得好合理海鮮份量都幾多下另外仲會陪左個粉絲做底菜就有小白菜西蘭花芥蘭感覺成個煲都好足料非常抵食兩個人埋單$350左右勝在可以慢慢坐慢慢食如果多啲人嚟食就會相對再抵啲
