Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Bookmark 了這間餐廳很久了, 終於有機會品嚐! 週日晚上八時正到達, 店內已經九成滿, 真旺場! 餐廳地方很大, 光猛企理, 感覺不錯. 看看menu, 很多招牌菜呢! 人不多, 最後只點選兩款: 招牌沙拉骨(HK$86), 家鄉秘製扣肉(細)(HK$168). 招牌沙拉骨, 賣相討好. 試一口, 沙拉骨夠淋軟, 醬汁調配得剛剛好, 酸酸甜甜, 很開胃, 加上沙律醬的甜美, 簡單而美味. 家鄉秘製扣肉, 哈哈, 其賣相, 啡啡黑黑般, 不能稱上很吸引吧? 試一口, 扣肉炆得算淋身, 肥膏位置挺甘香, 味道沒有過鹹, 加上梅菜的甜香, 算是不錯. 吃飽飽, 終於有點力氣了.

招牌沙拉骨, 賣相討好. 試一口, 沙拉骨夠淋軟, 醬汁調配得剛剛好, 酸酸甜甜, 很開胃, 加上沙律醬的甜美, 簡單而美味.


家鄉秘製扣肉, 哈哈, 其賣相, 啡啡黑黑般, 不能稱上很吸引吧? 試一口, 扣肉炆得算淋身, 肥膏位置挺甘香, 味道沒有過鹹, 加上梅菜的甜香, 算是不錯.



吃飽飽, 終於有點力氣了.
