To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環每日鮮製麵條瘋狂小面位多年來以每日新鮮製造的麵條聞名，特別是愛吃麵的朋友，絕對要試！晚上人氣依然高，中環來說收得早，但$109套餐（麵+小食+飲品+甜品）性價比高麻辣牛肉麵是瘋狂小面的靈魂所在，麵條據說每日新鮮製作，粗細恰到好處，表面光滑卻帶點天然麵粉香，咬下去Q彈有勁，韌性十足又不失柔軟。紅油湯頭麻辣交織，花椒的麻香和辣椒的熱力層層遞進泡椒鳳爪必食！泡椒的酸辣嗆鼻，每咬一口都帶來小驚喜。雖然是小食，仲辣過碗麵，食到好爽甜品一定叫埋冰粉入口滑嫩冰涼，帶酸梅片的微酸和花生的香脆，甜度剛好，平衡番味蕾晚上人多氣氛熱鬧，服務仍保持快捷，多年來品質穩定，難怪屹立不倒
