To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔺容記小菜王 (太子)為搬新屋準備,成日都要來來回回旺角太子,行到累勁肚餓見到超大霓虹燈招牌,見好耐都冇食中菜就上阻去試下😊🔻蜜椒薯角牛柳粒($168)必嗌‼️牛柳粒唔un,淋得黎有咬口,但我覺得呢道菜薯角先係主角,我係咁食😂粒粒薯角好淋身,外面巴住蜜糖同黑椒,甜甜地好自然一舊接一舊🤤🔻揚名國際燒肉($98)見佢個名咁把炮,於是嗌左份細既黎試下,佢個皮真係脆卜卜,而且肥瘦適中,但個乳豬醬同芥茉同出面果d 味唔同,就唔係好岩我口味lu~🔻海蜇拼鴨舌($68)海蜇爽口入味,鴨舌食落有酒香,好淋好入味,份量再多少少更好😍🔻黃金鮮魷($118)呢個對比起上面果d 就爭dd,鹹蛋黃唔夠重味,個皮淋阻d, 但念在舊魷魚夠大舊都可以啦。總結:環境同一般酒樓晚市差唔多氣氛好好,食物整體上都唔錯,平日都爆爆地場真係好少見~
