今日經過側魚涌,咁岩行過想食燒味飯就入去坐低打算試下。坐低就叫左個叉油雞飯,等左大概6-7分鐘,有另一個疑似熟客行入黎坐係我附近,佢坐低就叫左淨油雞飯。再等多左陣,見倒果個人既油雞飯上左俾佢,然後店員竟然行黎同我講冇哂油雞,要我轉第二樣。唔係好明點解先黎先叫但都可以冇,即使唔夠俾人單拼先都應該係叫果個人轉。所以呢個體驗令我覺得好差。最後我轉左叉燒燒肉飯,叉燒同燒肉都偏咸,未去到食唔倒但對於唔食得咸既朋友應該唔會想食。簡單總結,唔會再黎。呢間餐廳係令我食完一定要俾個食評佢即使我平時基本上唔會寫。 continue reading

公司飯局,同事搵到附近有間”源興”,老實講喺度返咗工咁耐都唔知有呢間嘢。講個上佢係小菜館,但有啲私房菜格局。即係話菜單可以事前寫定,有啲菜式亦需預訂。菜式方面,安排了蒜拍青瓜海蜇惹味醉鳳瓜蜜汁燒鰻魚 **疑似海斑的魚**蒜香美極煎蝦即燒豬頸肉清炒時時菜煲仔玫瑰雞 特式炒飯*椰皇布甸*最好味嘅菜式,我個人認為係鰻魚、豬頸肉、玫瑰雞,下次來都可以再點。價錢大約每位300多。最後佢有個好好嘅優點,免開瓶費,而且有提供酒杯,大家食得好盡興! continue reading

老闆林仔唔係一個花巧識講嘢嘅人,有碗話碗有碟話碟,好直好好傾。我最欣賞佢對食材嘅執着。對食物烹調方式同溫度有不可妥協的認真。雖然店子小小,但係佢親力親為,每一道菜出嚟都可以媲美五星級食店的水準,令人心花怒放。碰巧上週六下午路過小店,見到佢小店晚餐已經full house, 只好外賣佢嘅叉燒同燒脆鱔,家裏嘴刁的一老一小食到嘴舐舐非常滿意。不經不覺已經幫襯咗佢10年,美味如一, never disappoints😋 continue reading

本人第一次從OpenRice搵到呢間小店:滿懷希望咁去食,首先地方難搵,門面只係茶餐廳裝修,樓面夥計又唔夠,淨係做外賣都吾夠人手,最重要嘅係食物嘅價格可以媲美大酒樓,因為我唔知道係私房菜 ( 呢點係我過失 ),所以好多食物都要預訂先至有得食,終於只係食咗燒腩仔同糯米雞翼,講真糯米雞翼燒得過火,皮硬夾燶,$47咁細隻唔見得特別好食,燒腩仔肉就夠林,不過肥膏層吾夠,仲要等成30分鐘,因為店主話係即整,咁冇辦法,終於食唔飽之後仲要去搵雲吞麵食,因為廚房預備食物係要早預訂,菜單嘅款式又唔多,walk-in 客就會冇啖好食,終於兩個人食咗$300唔知食咗乜嘢落肚,我覺得咁嘅價錢不如正正經經去搵間酒樓食晚飯,仲坐得舒舒服服,尤其係而家香港咁嘅環境,唔算抵食同好好食,性價比唔高。 continue reading
