夜晚收工已經9點幾10點,唔想啃老麥,於是行吓公司附近有啲咩嘢食。見到呢間小店裏面冇乜人,以為就嚟收工,點知老細走出嚟問我係咪食嘢,佢哋有排都未收,至少去到12點幾!於是乎走入佢試吓,見到門口同menu都推介花膠米粉,就點咗個,跟餐點多個蔥油廣島蠔。花膠都算大塊,米粉份量只可以話啱女士,如果正常男士晚餐就略嫌少,大胃口人士就更加覺得少。湯底OK,唔係死鹹嗰種,可以俾個like。蔥油廣島蠔就冇乜特別。我冇叫跟餐飲品,因為見到樣樣都係甜,不過老闆係咁叫我試吓啦,免費㗎,低糖㗎,🧐,咁熱情,叫咗竹蔗茅根,OK,唔係好甜。總結係建議米粉份量可以加多啲,應該唔會好影響成本。小店經營困難,可以支持。

It was my last day in Quarry Bay, my long old friend came to take a casual, yet meaningful lunch break with me. This eatery serves simple basic chicken/ fish maw rice noodles in soups. Mine was the slow cooked chicken breast with soup noodles, it’s the homey comforting taste of simplicity. The broth was soothing and lightly seasoned with the authentic essence from the bones & flesh. I drank all the soup. Her was a bowl of fish maw noodles, and her favourite was the add-on honey & ginseng drink.

之前試過旺角站不過已經執左係心心念念嘅花膠撈米粉好大塊花膠扒好入味 食落係成口都feel到啲骨膠原 花膠汁用黎配撈米粉好match!!! 米粉係用台灣嘅新竹米粉 另外跟個湯都好好飲👍🏻

平時食開,食物質素keep得好好好啱想食一啲暖胃嘅嘢,又唔想食得太飽嘅時候食最鍾意係廣島蠔湯米粉,啲蠔又新鮮又飽滿,米粉滑,湯純無負擔醉雞翼非常入味雞油燙娃娃菜又香又嫩

無特色,完全唔值呢個價。上餐又耐,食完唔知食左乜,不知所謂。食嘅野完全無潮州特色,好多食品都無供應,呢個價錢,呢個質素真係無回頭,如果想減肥,想食完好似無食過野的話,可以一試,但如果係一個正常人,真係不了。同一條街有其他餐廳更值得,從未食過一間餐廳嘅CP值咁低。午市所謂嘅套餐,加埋碗粉80蚊起跳,相信唔係因為其他餐廳排哂長龍,都唔會有人揀呢間野,仲未執真係要多謝太古坊班人頂住個午市個人流,唔信嘅,自己去食下...
