我們將韓國新鮮雞肉放入秘製醬料以Yadllie 獨有的專利腌製技術,發酵 72 小時以上。
秘製醬料加上我們在韓國傳統浸泡腌製法上加以改良的獨有技術,就是Yadllie 炸雞的獨特味道和鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

Without Dress
由於粉漿會吸收大量油份,為打造健康炸雞。每份Yadllie 炸雞均是用人手在腌製好的雞肉上,一件一件撲上薄薄一層的秘製乾粉。我們有信心Yadllie 炸雞的美味是在於雞肉上,這不是一般以調味粉混和而成的粉漿炸雞可以比擬。

A Pressure Fryer
所有Yadllie 炸雞,均使用壓力油炸鍋,以雙重高壓油炸技術處理。首次油炸過程是使用封閉式壓力油炸方法將雞件油炸至七成熟,鎖住用汁。第二次則以開放式油炸鍋再炸至全熟,用以排走多餘油份,以及令Yadllie炸雞更加外脆內嫩。過程中,壓力、時間及濕度都要拿捏得十分準確。

今日同朋友黎咗海之戀商場,搵咗呢間韓國嘢食,我地叫咗芝士辣炒雞($135),八爪魚煎餅($138),烤牛肉水冷麵($135)首先上菜嘅係烤牛肉水冷麵,牛肉方面有3塊,都算有一定厚度,亦都唔細塊,味道好有牛板腱嘅味道,覺得肉質素唔差,可惜烤完非常靭,超級難咬開,而且比起普通水冷麵貴$42,3塊牛肉值唔值40幾就見人見智啦,我個人就覺得一般!而面頭就有一條炸秋葵,入面係白蘿蔔片,而唔係雪梨片,但都做到清新嘅效果,但原來有一pat 辣醬放左係入面,所以如果唔想食辣嘅,就要一早同職員講啦!第2道菜係八爪魚煎餅($138),上到枱有少少失望,因為比想像中薄好多,但味道上面因為佢係即煎出嚟,塊餅非常脆,但餡方面,麵粉比較多,入面都有韭菜,但八爪魚份量非常少,而且亦好碎碎濕濕咁,主要都係得中間,夾埋都可能唔知有冇2條八爪魚腳所以覺得好唔抵食!第3道菜就係芝士辣炒雞($135),佢係即炒嘅,一叫咗就會俾個爐我哋,上左菜職員等佢煮一煮之後會返轉頭幫我地撈+熄火。味道上,舊雞道田有少少少辣,但加埋芝士就會中和到個味道,不過我個人就鍾意食辣d嘅,而份量方面大概都有5-6 塊雞塊,可惜雞塊都係偏細,大概1-1.5 口size總括而言,菜式味道唔錯,但可惜份量偏細,+1 後覺得更加唔抵食,所以如果大家真係想食,建議大家book 返d 有折嘅時間,咁就會抵食d continue reading

上個禮拜同朋友去咗荃灣海之戀商場嘅「Yadllie Plate 야들리애플래이트」食野,間舖頭喺商場二樓角落位,裝修走工業風混搭木系元素,燈飾幾有型格。平日夜晚七點幾到,唔使等位直接入座,枱與枱之間唔算逼,傾計都幾自在。 頭盤「驚喜二重奏」真係名不虛傳!原味炸雞外皮脆到「咔啦」聲,咬開肉汁即刻湧出嚟,雞肉醃得夠入味,唔會乾爭爭。旁邊嘅安格斯牛排先係亮點,切開仲見到微微粉嫩,肉質軟腍到唔使用力咬,牛脂香慢慢喺口腔散開,兩種風格撞埋一齊意外夾! 跟住試咗「蜂蜜米酒」,一上枱就聞到淡淡蜜香,入口先係米酒嘅醇厚,尾段滲出清甜蜂蜜味,暖胃得嚟又唔會過甜,飲完成個人鬆晒。侍應仲貼心提醒可以慢慢歎,唔會催住收杯。 主菜「火灸牛」絕對要相機食先!侍應即席用火槍炙燒牛肉片,油脂「滋滋」聲聽住都流口水。牛肉薄切夠嫩,嗰種火香撞油香好過癮。至於個「特種部隊鍋」就穩陣之選,泡菜湯底濃郁帶微辣,配料夠晒足料,最正係吸哂湯汁嘅即食麵,掛湯能力滿分! 飲品「藍橙荔枝桃打」賣相💯!漸層藍橙色似足星空,飲落荔枝味主導,後尾有淡淡桃香,甜度適中唔假,解膩一流。另外「白切五花膽」處理得幾出色,豬肉切得薄身爽脆,蘸少少蒜蓉醬更帶出鮮味,食落完全無油膩感。 兩個人食到捧住個肚走,特別讚服務幾貼心,換碟收碗夠快手。下次一定要試埋甜品先!整體嚟講,呢度嘅fusion菜配搭有心思,食材質素對得住價位,絕對會再encore! continue reading

難得聽日放假,今日就想同老公去食餐好既,作為長假期既序幕(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)突然好想食炸雞就問foodie同事,二話不說就推介左呢間!OpenRice有得book位好方便,一去到就可以入座卡位,好舒服枱面好乾淨,有齊哂骨盤,紙巾,濕紙巾,牙籤,手套(加分!),好細心我地都唔太想飲酒同飲品,同餐廳拎兩杯水就俾埋成個水樽,唔洗叫黎叫去野食方面,我地係行入去餐廳個陣見到其他食客食白切五花腩好吸引,可惜我地得兩個人所以唔敢叫太大份ಥ_ಥ所以我地就叫左:蜜味乳酪粉無骨雞(HK$135) 🌟🌟🌟🌟黎到個陣熱辣辣好香!乳酪粉一啲都唔吝嗇食落甜甜酸酸好開胃,仲有蕃薯條同蝦片咬開仲冒緊煙!玫瑰牛肉炒年糕(HK$135)🌟🌟🌟🌟本身我唔太好花香味,但食落又唔係好重,配合辣辣地又好似中和返超濃郁芝士!一拉就起絲(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)裡面仲有魚糕,菜,米通,年糕都有長條型同扁身,超豐富口感莫索里拉芝士排骨(HK$145)🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟必點!呢個係我做功課個陣大家都大推,果然不負所望唔單只食落啖啖肉,d芝士配合辣汁更加惹味店員既功夫就好似睇show咁,每條都捲得好靚又平均!不過呢道菜就比年糕再辣少少,唔食得辣既朋友要注意唷~可能全部都係芝士所以食到好飽最後食返個醃蘿蔔清一清就岩岩好佢其他鍋物炸雞其實都好多人叫,不過就相對大份啲,下次要再同一大班朋友黎食其他款式! continue reading

呢間餐廳好多人黎食炸雞嫁,今晚想食好d呢間餐廳既炸雞好受歡迎。呢度夜晚就可以望到夜景,環境浪漫舒適。我地揀左最愛既牛扒炸雞二重奏。牛扒可以先煎至一成熟,再自行調整至理想的熟度,十分貼心,客人可以自己有得玩又有得食幾有玩味。炸雞以烤焗方式烹調,食落更加健康,唔會太油膩。職員服務好好。此外,益力多米酒香甜可口,好易入口。甜品蜜瓜沙冰好濃郁蜜瓜味好綿滑,仲有鋪滿左蜜瓜生果同蜜瓜雪條。厚切五花腩,層次分明。 continue reading

呢晚嚟咗呢間喺荃灣西商場裏邊嘅韓國餐廳食晚餐🤣$123「鮮蝦沙律」:鮮蝦🍤隻隻都大大隻肉質新鮮爽滑;除咗有新鮮爽脆嘅沙律菜🥗,仲加有腰果、雞蛋、蘋果片、洋蔥、車厘茄等,開胃幾好味🥗$298「白切五花腩」:餐牌話係「韓國🇰🇷進口」,五花腩🐷目測大約 28%瘦肉72%脂肪🤣,呢隻韓國豬估計生前生活悠遊兼唔鍾意做運動所以積聚咗好多脂肪所以咬落非常甘香又軟熟🤣🤩,五花腩🐷仲放喺一個蒸鍋上邊咁由頭食到尾都係熱辣辣👍;仲有一大碟新鮮菜葉、蒜片、紅辣椒、青辣椒、辣椒醬、蒜頭醬汁,用蔬菜包住 五花腩🐷 同呢啲配料一齊食,好滋味😋$135 「烤牛肉水冷麵」:非常鍾意食「韓國🇰🇷水冷麵」(特別係《平壤冷麵》喺韓國🇰🇷真係食唔少不過香港冇乜地方有得食)🤩,喺韓國從未見過「水冷麵」加「烤牛肉」,喺呢度有得食就梗係要食吓🤣, 「烤牛肉」大大片烤得軟熟👍,「水冷麵」幾煙韌🤣$145「莫索里拉芝士排骨」:店員妹妹喺我哋面前將芝士半炒半煮溶然後用溶咗嘅芝士捲住排骨變成「芝士排骨」,店員妹妹好努力想將所有溶咗嘅芝士包住排骨,咁努力真係抵讚🤣;熱溶咗嘅芝士🧀辣辣哋鹹鹹哋好煙靭幾得意🤣$98「香炸明太魚」:炸到非常乾身脆脆哋一大兜原來份量有好多🤣,要嚟送啤酒🍻應該會非常夾👍$73「蜜瓜沙冰」:大大杯沙冰凍冰冰有啲蜜瓜味上邊仲有啲啲忌廉🤣 continue reading
