喜歡食米線既朋友都一定會聽過雲家呢個名,之前佢地裝修完,隔左一排終於有時間再黎食喇睇黎風潮都有小小減退,今晚7點幾竟然咁岩有位可以直入豬頸肉蘿白小鍋米線豬頸肉依然係咁好食,同埋份量都比得好多,蘿蔔都煮得好淋,唔會有渣螺旋藻墨魚頭小鍋米線每次嗌螺絲藻都有一種食極都食唔完既感覺,友人形容「一路食d螺絲藻一路生」😂好正,每一啖都可以撈埋黎食墨魚頭都幾有鮮味同彈牙好鐘意雲家既米線比好多肉碎,食到尾都可以成啖肉碎咁食,好正但不嬲食開既小辣今次好似冇咩辣味,下次可能要試下中辣

不知所謂都唔知食咩食成肚氣一早嚟到諗住唔使排隊諗住問收銀哥哥需唔需要拎籌派隊就示意我們喺出邊等然後陸續有人嚟無啦啦個阿姐就出嚟叫咗第二個人入去個收銀哥哥有指示我哋排那邊都算啦,座位已經夠窄入到去仲要俾個阿姐呼呼喝喝我嚟係俾錢食嘢又唔係貼錢買難受叫嘢食叫極都冇人落單落咗單仲等鬼死咁耐阿姐又不斷上錯野又不斷問呢碟係咪你?只係掛住做外賣真係亂到不知所謂嘢食方面正正常常真心覺得米線冇乜特別川味都好食過佢反而小食有驚喜但綜合來說只可一不可再

回頭率極高的街坊米線自從雲家係米線關注組出左名,變成假日長期排隊既人龍店,我地都係係下午茶時段爬黎幫襯🥢麻酸辣小鍋紅薯粉+豬大腸紅薯粉口感滑溜煙韌,同麻酸辣味湯底超夾,而且配料非常豐富,有超多肉碎、芽菜、韭菜、酸菜、蔥,食到底都仲有好多配料。豬大腸超入味,豬大腸仲要清得好乾淨,完全冇異味😋🥢麻酸辣小鍋米線+螺旋藻+腐竹湯底麻酸辣味道有層次,米線煮得岩岩好,順滑又吸湯,而且同薯粉一樣有大量配菜,食起黎啖啖餸。推介必叫的螺旋藻,真心大推,海量的螺旋藻,推到成座山咁高,食落口感似海帶,但冇海帶的海水味,而且唔多米線舖會有螺旋藻,真係雲家必叫的餸😋🥢蒜泥白肉蒜泥份量超多,薄薄嘅肉片,經過煮熟之後,浸泡係冰水入面,令佢口感更加爽滑。然後淋上由蒜泥、豉油、醋、糖、辣椒油等醬汁,味道一流🥢涼拌墨魚頭墨魚頭超大方,大大碟,見到就已經好滿足,麻辣味十足。雖然係麻辣,但係麻辣的程度控制得非常好,唔會死辣

行完山後⛰️,好肚餓,經過呢間米線店,好想食,咁我哋就排隊啦🤣~點咗:🐥炸雞中翼、🥒手拍青瓜我哋兩個都鍾意食雞翼,雞翼炸得金黃香脆,入口甜甜地,口感似蜜糖雞翼。青瓜則伴以炒香嘅蒜蓉,清新爽口。🐂牛腩小鍋紅薯粉加蘿白🌼飲凍菊花蜜朋友要酸辣, 小辣🌶️,湯底酸辣平衡,牛腩炆得又香又腍。蘿白大大件,好清甜。配料豐富有芽菜、酸菜、韭菜、蔥、莞茜等,小店好慷慨,每一啖米線都食到配菜,好滋味。菊花蜜冰凍解渴。🍲豬扒小鍋紅薯粉🥛飲凍豆漿我就要麻辣,大辣🌶️🌶️🌶️,一樣有豐富配料,紅薯粉口感爽滑柔韌,吸收咗濃郁麻香嘅湯底,食得好滋味,豬扒香口,成碗食晒🍜😋!
