尖沙咀一帶食肆很多,有平的有貴的,始終會找到自己喜歡的。今日清清地想食個烏冬,先點了一個吉列生蠔湯烏冬,鮮味的生蠔以薄薄的脆漿包裹着,咬落去外脆內多汁,很不錯。烏冬彈牙好味,想將一條一條的啜入口中。又想食下串燒,叫了我最愛的牛舌,肉質軟嫩中帶點嚼口,一面吃一面帶點肉的甜香,又有點鹹香。赤蝦串燒 散發著蝦殼的燒過的香味,一咬開蝦肉仍是juicy的,蝦頭的膏特別香。白鱔串燒 皮脆卜卜,魚肉不是很厚,這個也可以。 手羽串燒真係冇得頂,酥脆外皮燒得脂肪全失,好香口。雞腎串燒爽脆爽脆太好吃了。

除了工作和運動以外,最重要係滿足一下自己的胃口。日式料理總是我的至愛,鮮味不油膩。今天在尖沙咀便想起十和田總本店,他們的三色丼好吸引,不同顏色不同口味。香蔥吞拿魚腩蓉丼,魚蓉份量很多,肉質柔軟綿密的魚肉跟壽司飯一起吃倍感實在好味。海膽丼顏色很美,原塊金黃色的,入口鮮甜,太吸引了。松葉蟹肉蟹膏丼有很多清甜的蟹肉,上面的蟹膏濃郁鮮味。熟芥棘八爪魚🐙係很好的小食,熟食撈汁急凍,好爽口,個汁好醒神酸酸辣辣。

今日去左十禾田總本店,叫左兩個午市套餐,一份刺身鰻魚定食,另一份比目魚定食,刺身預先到左,睇左色澤算係中規中矩,三文魚反而幾厚身,有誠意,而其他刺身都平常,無咩特別出色,比目魚同樣色澤自然,食落口油脂感唔算多,唔算最新鮮但中上水平,兩件黎計都算係抵食大份。不過衛生程度就需要講講,定食中其中有一碗麵豉湯內有小昆蟲,員工再換番新一碗麵豉湯出黎。🙃🙃🙃

2023年最後一天,相約了很久沒見的朋友行街。經過「十和田總本店」這間日本料理,喜愛吃日本料理嘅我們,就入去試試。餐廳以木系為主,環境不錯,坐得舒適。食物種類選擇蠻多,包括:壽司、刺身、丼飯、烏冬、小食…等等供客人選擇。😋餐廳使用QR點餐,是日選擇:1️⃣汁燒雞扒定食🍽雞扒外層焦脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,最啱佐飯。蒸蛋濃濃蛋味,鮮甜、又夠滑。定食配湯及蒸蛋,而且白飯滿滿(可選少飯),食到飽飽。2️⃣豬軟骨稻庭烏冬🍽份量多,豬軟骨夠入味,煮得剛剛好,內部保持軟嫩。稻庭烏冬彈牙,吸收了醬汁的風味,令味道更豐富。3️⃣燒明太子雞翼🍽外層金黃香脆,沒有燒焦。內裡餡料滿滿,微辣的味道,越食越滋味。

叫得飯堂,係因為收工黎食真係好方便,而且佢地既丼飯都係大大碗,刺身份量亦都好滿足勁豐富,我每次都會將1/2既飯分享埋俾對面果果,所以如果女仔唔大食既,叫一個丼飯已經好夠飽。而我個人就最中意雜錦魚生丼,所以有多款唔同種類既魚生,由口感到味道都特別豐富,雖然有時份量會小D,但晚餐又想搵個就腳又好坐,呢到絕對係我地既首選餐廳之一。而且冬天食日本野更加有FEEL。而個三文魚親子丼都係咁鮮味,今次冇咩腩位,但都好食。

穴子丼 🍱
愛嚐新嘅朋友就當然揀咗一啲比較少人選擇嘅嘢食啦,本身佢係想試吓呢度嘅鰻魚飯嘅,但俾賣相差唔多嘅穴子丼吸引咗,於是就捨棄鰻魚,叫咗穴子嚟試下。

穴子,又名星鰻,肉質比較纖細,魚油不及鰻魚豐富,但勝在味道清甜帶鮮味,搭配醋飯一齊食,比起蒲燒鰻魚更多一番風味。穴子嘅魚肉偏單薄,有好多幼細嘅魚骨,但都唔需要刻意挑走,因為基本上細到可以直接吞食。

由於穴子本身味道比較清淡,所以餐廳係整呢個丼飯嘅時候都落咗啲心機,分別加入紫菜碎、紫蘇葉、Wasabi等等嘅食材搭配赤醋飯嚟食,再喺穴子上面淋滿味道濃郁嘅醬汁,唔需要額外加豉油都已經夠晒味。

跟餐仲有麵豉湯同蒸蛋,前者嘅油豆腐非常好味;後者就非常足料,有蟹柳、白果、鳴門卷、冬菇等等嘅茶碗蒸,以呢個價錢嚟講性價比真係幾高。
