旺角依間「泰廚泰國餐廳」已經開業超過14年,係旺角街坊老店,作為一間性價比高嘅北泰菜餐廳,佢哋嘅菜式食物份量多,食材夠新鮮,另外,更會不時推出新優惠套餐,以及當然不少得佢哋嘅一元菜式:於指定時段消費滿指定金額即可以以一元優惠價加購精選小菜,四選一,可選擇的菜式項目包括泰式生蝦、泰式海蜇、泰式木瓜沙律、泰式椰汁糕,下午六時前,凡惠顧小菜滿$200可任選一款,或者,下午六時後,凡惠顧小菜滿$300可任選一款。今次我就Order咖喱大頭蝦二人餐,不過將泰式咖喱大頭蝦改為泰式炭燒大頭蝦。餐廳無收取加一服務費,但店員、老闆都好Nice。咖喱大頭蝦二人餐(單點$428),泰式炭燒大頭蝦,好大隻,足足有一隻手板長,大頭蝦肉質爽口,味道鮮甜、食落帶有炭燒香味,媲美龍蝦,配以泰式海鮮汁食用,味道酸辣,蝦膏味道甘香。半隻海南雞(跟餐$0),海南雞皮爽肉滑,雞皮偏向深色,食落類似中式油雞,雞肉之間摻有脂肪、雞油,食落雞味濃香,泰式豆薣醬味道鹹辣帶酸、帶有一點沙薑汁味道,配菜包括有醃酸白蘿蔔、醃酸紅蘿蔔、花生。小份小食拼盤(跟餐$0),泰式炸蝦餅,食落有鮮味,略嫌蝦膠口感比較軟腍,配以泰式甜辣醬食用,味道更佳;泰式炸魚餅,內有魚肉、豆角、香葉、乾蔥、黑椒、辣椒,食落帶有香料味道;炸春卷,好足料,內有粉絲、節瓜、紅蘿蔔;泰式炸蝦片,味道鹹鮮。馬拉盞炒芥蘭(單點$74),芥蘭口感爽脆、沒有渣,容易掛汁,配以馬拉盞醬汁、辣椒食用,食落好惹味。雙拼串燒拼盤(跟餐$0),豬肉串燒沙嗲,食落好Juicy;雞肉串燒沙嗲,食落啖啖肉,沙嗲醬內有花生粒,味道濃郁、帶點微甜。蒜蓉包(跟餐$0),表面鋪滿蒜蓉、牛油,口感酥脆,食落好香口。熱泰式椰汁燕窩(單點$72),燕窩口感滑溜,略嫌椰汁味道偏甜、甜度8分。泰式椰汁糕(跟餐$1),層次分明,椰漿口感濃稠,味道香甜,內有西米、粟米。熱泰式奶茶(跟餐$18),茶味濃厚。青檸梳打(跟餐$5),飲落好清爽。 continue reading
