        初嘗老撾餐廳🇱🇦老闆娘親自招呼好有親切感，短期內已二訪，值得更多人知<椰子湯粉>兩次到訪都有食，係因為個椰子湯太好飲，食完個人好舒服 ´͈ ᵕ `͈ ♡佢唔係椰青水嘅清甜，而係椰漿嘅醇厚。米粉都係我未食過嘅質感，偏軟糯個人幾鍾意。試過魚肉、雞肉、手撕雞，前兩樣都係想像到嘅味，手撕雞唔係平時食問嘅鹽焗味，係酸酸甜甜的。<老撾素食魚香茄子煎米粉底>只限晚市供應，老闆娘話要好比心機煎午市會煎唔切。除咗煎要時間之外，食法都比較耗時，要撕開米粉餅，加埋魚香茄子、醬汁，用生菜包住食。好特別嘅食法，魚香茄子又係酸甜嘅味，汁水好多，所以食得有啲麻煩。雖然環境唔係咁精緻，但佢個椰子湯真係平實得嚟令人好想encore continue reading
