話説三月尾有個家庭飯聚,心中有兩間餐厅選擇,其中一間是鋿晶館,因它網上評價甚高,所以特意前來試菜,去到感觉環境都是一般,感覺唔似在中環或上環區的茶樓,今日去到刚好是下午茶,叫了碗义燒河粉,當它上枱一刻,目测我已有答案,我以為叫了碟猪肉乾,碟义燒乾過我荷包,至於燒賣,真是我食過最差之一,是一舊白色肥猪肉,它的賣點只是上面幾粒黑松露酱,没有蝦肉,没有甚麽味道,如果是原價30元兩粒,我個人應為是唔値,其他就不用説吧!

經過半年的時候裝修,終於都開番,在新春時間約齊大班好朋友食番餐先🍻以為係之前所經營果班廚房及服務團隊添,點知坐底時先至知道全部換哂,好啦咁樣就叫菜啦,點咗套餐,又冇收加一服務費比起來而家就實際好多,同時唔係錢既問題,出菜時全部只掛住影相,覺得全部好似藝術品咁,攪到唔捨得食,食落肚全部朋友都比滿分,響中環區有咁樣既質素都有唔少,但係講到性價比必定係呢度,一定會定時到來的。😄

昨天上午到這間酒樓飲茶,叫了普洱茶,五碟點心,食完之後,牙齒變黃,黃得好犀利。是否普洱茶影響牙齒變黃,還是其中一款點心燒賣。我們一行兩個人,兩個人牙齒都黃得好犀利,三四個鐘頭之後仍然黃,用牙膏刷牙之後,才逐漸褪色。

是否普洱茶影響牙齒變黃,還是其中一款點心燒賣。

第一次試呢一間上環嘅中菜,原來都佔整棟樓嘅兩層。最底層有個reception,會安排好已經預訂咗嘅Booking,分派你去正確嘅枱號,非常organize。今次我哋兩個人試咗四道餸,頭盤蜜汁叉燒配海蜇。叉燒做到半肥瘦,肉質非常鮮嫩,配搭個蜜汁甜甜地非常Juicy。另外海蜇亦都口感彈牙。第二道餸係意大利黑醋豬柳,黑醋汁配搭紅椒黃椒,另外個豬柳口感亦都有啲似咕嚕肉,但係個醬汁非常特別,豬柳煎過之後亦都唔會好嚡,肉質依舊保持鮮嫩。第三道餸我非常滿意,餐廳亦都好仔細幫你挑走晒所有腸,隻中蝦都好鮮甜好大隻!最後一道餸清清地,一定要食嘅菜,瑤柱蛋白海皇扒豆苗,豆苗好鮮甜,瑤柱亦都好足料,冇沙得嚟,仲要成碟都係!

之前同屋企人出開上環行街,試過一次覺得點心唔錯,所以今日出開上環特登再嚟幫襯,由於今日太趕時間,食完快手比完錢就嗱嗱聲走,離開左先覺得唔啱數,返屋企睇返價錢果然收多我錢,我只係叫左4個點心,埋單竟然收左我$194,黑松露燒賣我order左兩粒,我唔知個收銀大媽係咪計左四粒?就算跟足點心紙價錢我計埋茶位加一都唔知點會計到呢個價錢出嚟,有心定無意只有收銀個大媽自己先知,十幾蚊事小,但比人當老襯就真心唔爽,奉勸各位如果幫襯呢間野埋單真係要小心D!
