My friend took me here for birthday dinner.The starters are rich in favour and the mains are well designed and cooked. My favourite is the sea snail and mashed potatoes, with the spice and freshness the sea snail opens my appetite, and the creamy while sticky expectedly delicious potato ends the dinner with perfect texture.The server offers wine tasting before we made the decision love their manner.Will definitely come back

I am always wondering how good will be the service level offered by upper house as it's known as one of the highest standard in the industry. Without doubt, its very surprising and fascinating.

Thanks for all the staff providing the excellent services with sincerity, looking around to serve you promptly and proactively even distant from your seat.

To illustrate a little more, as I have ordered a wine to pair the foods and it's a bit full for me to finish the drinks served with lunch set. The staff will then asking me to take away the drinks and freshing brew a new one for me. It would not cost so much to the restaurant but the value to me is very heartfelt.

After checked the bill, they will send us to the exit and still looking for if we need to take more photos in different areas to enrich the anniversary celebration.

At the end of the day, I feel so much appreciated and will definitely introduce to all my friends.
It seems like it's been a while not giving a five star to a restaurant after 3years ago to AMBER.
Considering it's CP value, I would give a 6-star to Salisterra

While indulgent beef carpaccio impressed with a backdrop of bagna cauda, olives, capers and arugula. Both dishes tantalized the palate with bright Mediterranean flavors.
