香港奕居酒店 The Upper House Salisterra X NONFICTION下午茶奕居設計靚人人都知，就去試下下午茶🫖輕鬆一下，今次係The Upper House Salisterra X NONFICTION下午茶，食完仲有香水送三層美食，咸點甜點各有特色，其中咸點既蕃茄牛油果餅乾幾特別，呢個配搭好似pizza 既味道。甜點每款都幾好食，芒果、朱古力、綠茶味甜品精緻又美味😋食物帶有橘子同檸檬味，好fresh，所以食完個下午茶都唔會覺得濟。餐飲叫左green tea latte 同洋甘菊茶，green tea latte 好濃厚，好飲。洋甘菊茶清香，可以配蜜糖一齊飲。最後就拎埋香水禮物兩份，大滿足。係pop up store, 期間限定整體黎講，環境滿分👍🏻服務非常好👍🏻食物各有特色，最後仲拎左香水禮物🎁非常圓滿。 continue reading

同朋友慶祝生日多數都係食夜晚飯多，所以今次就揀咗一間食lunch嘅，事關佢呢度可以高空咁望到超靚嘅景觀😍，日頭望落去更加靚添，呢間就係位於太古廣場奕居酒店裏面嘅餐廳🌸Salisterra🌸，我哋就叫咗個set lunch （Any 3 courses $528）🌼APPETIZERBeef Tartare :牛肉他他呢個頭盤通常某啲西餐廳都會有，做法都係差唔多，不過配料就有啲唔同，佢呢度就配咗蕃茄同埋薄餅，呢個配搭都幾夾👍🏻，開胃得來又唔膩，牛肉味比較出，唔錯😋Octopus :另外一份八爪魚意大利飯，八爪魚新鮮爽口，再配上珍珠咁大粒嘅意大利飯口感唔錯👍🏻🌼MAIN Prawn Paillard :主食方面，呢款烤製大蝦配馬鈴薯賣相唔太出眾，我嫌佢嘅醬汁太多，不過好彩唔算好鹹，蝦肉都係新鮮爽口嘅，不過整體就一般😌Seabass :另外烤爐魚就以湯嘅形式上菜，爐魚烤得啱啱好，食落都幾嫩，可能有湯嘅關係，所以魚味都比較重😆，再配埋時蔬就啱啱好👌🏻🌼DESSERTGoat Cheesecake :甜品方面賣相幾特別，呢款芝士蛋糕面層係車厘子果肉，整體甜而不漏，另外再配上雪糕啱啱可以中和返🤩Pastafrola Pie :另外呢款應該算係某國家嘅地道甜品，裏面批嘅餡料豐富，甜甜地咁易入口，另外再配上奶油，令到整體更加香濃 continue reading
