吞拿魚完全冇味 我唔知點解佢會放啲沙律醬喺吞拿魚配一嚿米通。 其實呢個價位嗰舊脆脆應該要自己整,而唔係求其一包嘢度搣出嚟配搭。仲要食落無味 食到沙律醬味。



第三個紫蘇葉和牛海膽。
個牛係200%熟 咬都咬唔開。



仲有set入邊嗰啲燒肉
有兩份 又係肥到完全唔可以放入口
佢唔係油脂分布平均嘅和牛
係好似豬扒咁側邊有條勁粗嘅肥膏。


最後想講 兩張吧枱到最後全晚都係冇人坐。
講真 咁嘅經濟環境想留港消費 人頭$1600一個結果都係無service 野食非常一般。全晚淨係見到吧枱個師傅同佢兩個朋友不斷溝女傾偈,我見到佢係決定話吧枱有人book嗰個人,我估佢都係唔想有人坐過去阻住佢溝女。

燒肉放題300/400可能冇咁嬲。都可能更加好食。

Yakiniku is our all time favourite, especially when there is wagyu beef which makes our mouths water. The size of the king prawn is so big that it may take a while to grill. The wagyu beef claypot rice amazed us, perfectly replicating the traditional Hong Kong style claypot rice and elevated to the next level. The Japanese staff is very friendly, introducing every item served and tried his best to speak in Cantonese.

間餐廳食燒肉為主,下午來到還是吃壽喜燒好了,免得一身燒烤味。選擇了棉花糖A5和牛壽喜燒,原來棉花糖意思是在火鍋上放上一串棉花糖,火鍋熱氣一直上升,棉花糖就會熔化下跌入鍋中,壽喜燒的甜甜度更強。但其實打卡性質比較重,味道其實不大影響。A5和牛雪花超靚,油脂十分均勻,不需要再高級了,要不就會過肥過油。除了肥牛,還有菜盤,日本蛋,加埋一個飯就是一個豐富午餐。A5和牛牛味也很足夠,加埋壽喜燒甜鼓油的味道很好,浸入日本生蛋之中,油膩感得以中和,又可以吃到蛋香,一舉多得。朋友選擇了海膽蟹膏松葉蟹甲羅燒櫻花蝦石頭飯,可鍋來到不會太熱,弄到一整鍋也是飯焦,櫻花蝦受熱後非常香。撈勻甲羅燒前先偷吃海膽,味道極鮮極甜,如果份量可以多點便完美了。海膽蟹膏松葉蟹甲羅燒撈勻再撈入石頭鍋飯中,香氣立時飛出。食下又香又濃又好香,多一碗也不怕吃不完。

前幾日放假 約左朋友去尖沙咀行街,經朋友介紹之下 我哋今次去食三郎 餐廳環境好高質,而且座位寬敞舒服 而且佢哋嘅午市定食價錢都好優惠😍-我哋叫咗個日本產和牛肩胛肉&牛舌涮涮鍋御膳,估唔到一人份都咁豐富 牛肩胛肉 牛既油脂分布好平均👍🏻 牛味非常濃厚 而且好嫩✅ 牛舌 爽口新鮮,配上新鮮蔬菜 同埋烏冬 而且佢嘅定食仲有配埋麵豉湯 沙律 同埋茶碗蒸😘-而我朋友叫咗一個松葉蟹&海膽甲羅燒石鍋飯御膳,佢真係喺蟹粉 面頭甲羅燒非常之豐富 勁多蟹肉蟹膏蟹籽😍,而且仲有海膽,將佢哋撈埋一齊 真係不得了,石鍋飯底部帶有少少飯焦香十足,食過返尋味😍朋友已經約定我下次返去encore👍🏻-
