電話預約的時候被告知有兩個菜單,Signature和Premium,當時沒聽清選了Signature。晚餐當天看了兩個菜單的區別,Premium多了幾道,另外有更多的海鮮,當時想改成Premium,被告知因為主廚沒有提前準備食材,無法改變。但是最後的飯可以加一些錢變成premium的版本。 最後我們就選擇了Signature menu with premium rice. 第一道是Shiroebi with caviar、fennel flower、olive somen ,白蝦搭配魚籽、茴香花、橄欖油掛面,點綴少許金箔。粉的、黃的、綠的,顏色漂亮極了。味道清爽,很開胃。 第二道是Shirako with porcini sauce,白子天婦羅搭配牛肝菌醬。點菜的時候沒看菜單,一般情況下我不吃白子。菜上來一口下去發現是白子,但是味道完全不腥不膩,算是我吃過的好吃的白子。搭配的牛肝菌醬,味道不錯,只是沒嘗出什麼獨特。第三道是Wagyu with kyoto tofu。清湯里是京都豆腐,搭配幾片和牛片。和牛片口感柔和,又有牛肉的咀嚼感,不像那些入口即化的牛肉,完全沒了牛的感覺。第四道是se

第五道是langoustine with spring daikon,海螯蝦搭配蘿蔔。這道菜的擺盤特別美,白色的海螯蝦,綠色的綠葉,點綴一絲絲黃。海螯蝦的味道很好吃,蘿蔔被湯汁浸的很足,也充滿了濃郁的味道。這是整晚最喜歡的一道菜。

第六道是Iberico pork with apple miso、seasonal vegetables。西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬搭配蘋果miso和各種蔬菜。豬肉的味道還不錯,但是質地有些硬,像是烹飪老了一般。 搭配了各種時蔬,青椒、花菜、蘑菇等。

第七道是海膽飯,我們換成了premium menu的海膽鮑魚飯,主廚做好後在我們面前打開飯鍋,造型非常吸睛,然後給我們每個人分了一碗,另外還搭配了醬菜和一小碗湯。飯鍋打開的時候並沒有想象的香氣撲鼻,海膽、鮑魚、豆子都是味道清淡的食材,只搭配了少少seaweed和調味,飯也沒有飯焦,整碗飯味道很平淡。

最後是seasonal dessert,今晚是冰淇淋和一道紅豆抹茶春捲。兩個甜品都甜而不膩,冰爽的冰淇淋和油炸物的搭配也恰到好處,很喜歡。

整晚的亮點是排盤,排盤非常漂亮,有清新的花園風格。但是整晚菜品的味道非常中規中矩,留在記憶里的只有一道海螯蝦。其中本應該有亮點的主食和飯都非常普通。結賬時覺得性價比並不高,以後如果是同樣的菜單,應該不會再嘗試了。等著換菜單吧。

男友帶我去食生日飯,雖然餐廳情調不是浪漫型,但都十分有格調。坐對正廚師位,可以見到廚師好專注制作食物感覺到每一道菜都好用心制作,一拎出來好似欣賞藝術品咁,食落有層次,唔係得個樣。上層係魚子醬,下面有D蟹肉同蟹膏,再下面有D醬食落有D清新的感覺,一點都腥味都冇,連男友一點腥味都受唔到的都讚好鵝肝米餅,上面有d開心果醬,係米餅同鵝肝之間有一層酸酸地的啫喱,但個人認為如果鵝肝薄少少會更好豆腐無花果,個豆腐有點煙韌都幾有趣龍蝦湯,龍蝦係燒過嘅,我最鍾意係入面蘿蔔,有用湯煮透左,有湯底味魚生拼盤,材料新鮮,海膽好滑燒魚,上面係炸,下層係燒熟,但係連埋嘅,咬落去上面係脆,好想知係點樣整嘅😂Refresh蕃茄飲品蕎麥面,d炸蝦乾不錯仲有個飯掛住食冇影到,黑松露鮑魚雞肉飯,特別在入面有d鮮淮山甜品,其中熟成味啉雪糕下面有哈密瓜,熟成味啉好似冧酒咁,都幾好味總括來講係好有心思美味的一餐,雖然價錢有點貴,但都值回票價

選擇了RKM作為我和太太的週年紀念和聖誕節飯局。由步入餐廳開始氣氛,格調都有一種高級精緻的感覺。我們安排了坐bar counter進餐,因為我個人很喜歡坐在吧檯和太太聊天,而且在進餐時可以看著整個開放式廚房內的運作,感覺似望住班藝術家工作一樣,哈哈!聽講今晚聖誕節menu同平時有小小唔一樣,連甜品一共有10個course, 其實每一道菜都好有心思好好味,最難忘就係魚子醬,鵝肝,龍蝦湯同埋黑松露鮑魚雞肉飯,味道同口感都好豐富好有層次,食物有誠意,實屬佳作。

I personally find the location is fairly convenient. 環境合符日式高級餐廳standard. the service is OK...the price of the set dinner is $2680 per person, subject to 10% service charge. (you could choose to pay more for wine pairing btw)食物味道整體不錯,一般有 Michelin star 1星水準,個別菜可上2星,但仍嫌偏貴。
