之前曾經光顧過一次覺得不錯,符合一星的預期。但今次的體驗令我非常失望。主菜我點了和牛Sukiyaki,正宗的做法應該是煮好一片肉即上菜即食,但這餐廳卻一鍋將所有牛肉煮好上菜,鍋內的汁仍然熱繼續煮窩中的牛肉,結果所有牛肉都煮得過熟,當我向侍應提出他們將好的食材糟蹋了,他冷淡的回應他會向廚師反應便走開了。出品及服務完全不能匹配一星的水平,也不符合一般日本廚師對食材的尊重,服務亦非常表面並不專業,我相信沒有下次了。

ryota这家店每次来港旅行,到中环附近时都会来吃,几年吃下来感觉出品一直很稳。细节决定成败,一顿完美的用餐体验,对我来说食物是灵魂,但环境、服务和氛围也同样有决定性的作用。这家店从食物到服务,再到店内灯光、温度把控和整体氛围都是很用心的。图片来自不同几次的用餐,吧台和包间都有尝试过,一两个朋友小酌几杯,吧台再合适不过了,正式场合坐包房私密性很好,服务很到位,普通话全程无障碍交流。下次着重来分享菜品吧😜

ryota这家店每次来港旅行,到中环附近时都会来吃,几年吃下来感觉出品一直很稳。细节决定成败,一顿完美的用餐体验,对我来说食物是灵魂,但环境、服务和氛围也同样有决定性的作用。这家店从食物到服务,再到店内灯光、温度把控和整体氛围都是很用心的。图片来自不同几次的用餐,吧台和包间都有尝试过,一两个朋友小酌几杯,吧台再合适不过了,正式场合坐包房私密性很好,服务很到位,普通话全程无障碍交流。下次着重来分享菜品吧😜

配不上米芝莲星级我去过很多各国米芝莲各种星级的餐厅,但从来没有这样失望过。菜单分量非常少,并且没有配得上米芝莲一星级别的菜色,无论是排盘或者味道都非常平庸。如果你在他们的网站上看到美妙的照片,然后满怀希望地希望能吃到这样的菜色的话,那么恭喜你被骗了。在前菜里,让我们最惊讶的是两片吞拿鱼生,一点鲜味都没有,吃下去就跟喝了一口淡水一样。我们刚刚从东京旅游回来的,感觉在筑底市场随便找一家吃的鱼生都比他质量好。一家所谓米芝莲一星餐厅,连不需要做什么加工的基本食材都没选好,根本是不可思议的事情。最让人奇怪的是他们的服务,当时在我们旁边坐着几位看起来是熟客的人,我能理解他们可以得到一般顾客无法得到的一些服务。但当我的手被酱油弄脏了,向服务生要热毛巾的时候,她竟然跟我说没有热毛巾提供,但就在旁边的熟客们,他们一入座就为他们提供了热毛巾。只是热毛巾而已,需要对客人进行这样的区分吗?看起来他们并不觉得我们付的钱跟其他客人付得钱是一样的价值,有权得到最基本的服务。

Moreover, the restaurant itself was quite cramped and lacked adequate space for comfortable dining. It is difficult to have a private conversation or enjoy a relaxed meal.

Additionally, the location of the restaurant was not ideal. This further added to the overall inconvenience and discomfort of the dining experience.

I found the prices to be unreasonably high. Given the small portions and the less-than-desirable dining environment, the cost of the meal felt unjustified. It left me feeling like I did not receive good value for my money.

今個weekend嚟到呢間好似連續四年米芝蓮一星餐廳食中午, 叫左個lunch set, 不過另外加左錢每人二百叫左Bowl of Wonder, 但份量很小,不太worth價錢, 而且魚子醬嘅份量也小得可憐(像沒有一樣), 真的令人”wonder”.其他菜式都可以,特別主菜加錢叫了和牛,燒得挺香而且肉還算嫩滑。另外也有叫了一份燒魚,都是燒得不錯。餐廳環境算很modern,裝修不像傳統高級日本料理,帶點西式工業風,但也很elegant。不過應該不會再來了。這個價錢,香港很多選擇。
