To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

評分 75/100最近在下午茶時段探訪了一間歷史悠久的西餐小店,店內裝潢充滿復古風情,讓人彷彿穿越時光。這裡的牆面以白色磚塊和瓷磚為主,略帶粗獷的質感,牆上掛滿食物照片,展示店內招牌菜,雖然佈置稍顯雜亂,但透出一種老派餐廳的親切感。橙色軟墊長椅搭配木質桌面,營造出溫暖的懷舊氛圍,牆上的壁扇、冷氣機和飛鏢棋盤更添幾分生活氣息。不過,電線外露和設施略顯老舊,顯示出這間老店未經大規模翻新,適合喜歡復古情調的食客,但對追求現代感的顧客來說可能稍欠新鮮。這次點了店內的經典白汁煙肉螺絲粉,賣相中規中矩,螺絲粉均勻裹上奶白色白汁,點綴少量煙肉丁和芝士碎,視覺上有些層次,但整體略顯單調,缺少綠色蔬菜或香草點綴,未能提升色彩對比和鮮活感。煙肉分佈均勻,可惜份量不多,未能完全突出其風味。味道方面,白汁濃稠,奶油和芝士的香氣濃郁,口感滑順,搭配煙肉的鹹香和嚼勁,帶來不錯的層次感。不過,白汁略為厚重,稍蓋過煙肉的風味,後段吃起來有點膩口,芝士碎雖然增添了鹹香,但份量偏少,未能讓味道更豐富。若能加入新鮮香草或蔬菜,相信能提升整體的視覺與味覺體驗。服務方面,店員態度親切,招呼周到,上菜速度也很快,適合下午茶時段想快速用餐的客人。價格方面,白汁煙肉螺絲粉不算貴,性價比尚可,符合這類老式西餐小店的定位。整體而言,這間小店的懷舊氛圍是其最大特色,食物味道中規中矩,適合喜歡復古風情、追求簡單西餐的食客。若店家能在裝潢上稍作整理,並在菜式上增加一些新鮮元素,相信會更有吸引力。綜合環境、食物和服務,我給這次體驗75/100分,值得一試,但仍有進步空間。

週末媽咪罷工話唔想煮飯啦,晚餐我地一家出去食,呢排乜餐都食過啦,小朋友話想食意粉同雞亦,我即刻霖起屋企附近既意蠔屋就可以滿足曬佢地既願望啦🍗瑞士雞亦肉醬意粉:瑞士汁濃郁,雞亦煮得好入味,意粉軟硬適中,肉醬分量足。🥩芝士燒牛舌牛柳意粉:牛舌惹味,牛柳軟滑,醬汁香而不膩。🍝番茄三文魚鴨胸意粉:呢個系我最常點既,一直保持水準鴨胸同三文魚煙薰味飄香,醬汁夠濃。🍤芝士大蝦豬柳焗飯:整個焗飯都鋪滿佐芝士,焗過芝士非常焦香,豬柳嫩滑。環境:店鋪唔算大,只有6.7張台,不過環境裝修好溫馨,感覺幾親切溫暖。呢間鋪頭開佐好多年,一直都有幫襯開,品質同服務一如既往好

嗰日食咗一個特價午餐。 大約68蚊。系一個湯,一個正餐同一杯飲品。羅宋湯味道真係唔錯,唔係淨系蕃茄膏打出嚟嘅湯,我叫咗個煙三文魚煙燻鴨胸茄汁天使面,意粉都好大份同埋都好足料。真係覺得都幾正。但係服務就不過不失。再時間都會再去。遲啲再去試過其他嘢食。但係我諗平時都要等,因為座位唔多。因為我嗰日去系已經過咗午餐時間。所以可以直接去坐唔使等,嘢食都好快。如果我冇記錯過兩點半之後有特價下午茶餐。都有唔少選擇。

估唔到係由西區人介紹返我呢個東區之友去食😂 價錢超實惠,店面細細好多人幫襯。口味方面係細細個食開嗰種唔正宗但食得好開心嘅個港式西餐風味咖哩牛柳焗飯(加芝士)- 咖哩係偏甜同奶味帶啲南洋風,小朋友食都唔會刺激,牛柳滑仲有薯角,好豐富!唯一要減分係個飯唔係炒飯底~芝士焗生蠔 - 鹹鮮嘅味道,生蠔唔係好大但係焗完唔會縮曬仲係保持到嫩滑口感~肉醬意粉配瑞士汁雞翼 - 要讚下佢哋嘅雞翼超厚肉,瑞士汁滷得入味。同肉醬意粉又竟然夾喎~ 午市連餐湯加嘢飲先50蚊 (晚市都係53蚊,大癲)呢個價錢真係抵到不得了!

意蠔屋係西灣河都好多年不過一直冇機會食好耐冇食千層麵突然好想食但附近好少有得買即使有 西餐都比較貴無意中發現原來意蠔屋有重點係唔算貴鼻以就買咗一個外賣試下都幾好味如果個門口唔係用膠簾就更好
