Bookmark咗哩間手工制義大利粉餐廳好耐,今日去銅鑼灣shopping,一定要試試。餐廳以粉色為主,裝修得好靚。晚市都幾旺下,7點鐘已經好full。布拉塔芝士蜜桃車厘茄沙律,布拉塔芝士好得意,好似個波波咁。切開芝士球,同下層沙律撈埋一齊食用。布拉塔芝士外皮厚身,內裡流心,奶味濃厚綿密。再搭配埋酸甜車厘茄,食落好清爽。香烤千層芝士茄子,用千層面嘅做法來焗烤茄子同芝士。茄子焗烤後依然好juice,芝士鹹香讓茄子味道更加豐富。如果中意食酸D,可以再點埋周圍茄醬,同茄子好夾😊。忌廉牛油蒜香雜菌,用牛油烹飪雜菌,菌菇食落奶香味十足,又帶有少少酒香同蒜香回味。會搭配埋兩件自家制麵包,麵包酥脆點埋醬汁一齊食,好好味。香煎北海道帶子三文魚籽龍蝦汁扁義大利粉,用刺身級北海道帶子製作。帶子肉質厚實,煎到表皮微焦,內裡半熟,入口鮮甜嫩滑。意粉屬於软身果款,每一啖意粉都裹曬龍蝦汁,奶香濃郁龍蝦味濃。最特別係加入三文魚籽,增加咗爆珠口感,食到停唔落口。

有印象呢間係觀塘都有分店,同事話想食就試下啦。環境舒適,音樂柔和,價錢不貴,所以都幾多人食。⭐車厘茄水牛芝士沙律好難抗拒,見到都必點菜式👍好開胃,車厘茄鮮甜。🍟黑松露薯條必點薯條,基本上每台都有薯條,厚切薯條係連皮,好香口!🐟香煎盲曹配雜菜魚肉好鮮嫩,而且上菜熱辣辣,好食🍷紅酒燴牛肉面蘑菇意大利飯意大利飯屬於半生熟狀態,牛肉面質感可以,但再鬆軟D更好。另外叫左是日甜點,係tiramisu,+$25就有甘大杯。好值喔。係屬於好味既。簡單茶同汽水已包左,其他飲品先要加錢。🥢Mano (The L. Square) 🌏銅鑼灣駱克道459-461號The L. Square 5樓

呢間餐廳雖然唔算大,但裝修幾舒服,帶啲溫馨感,坐低就覺得好chill,啱晒同朋友慢慢傾計。食物方面,真係有水準,唔係嗌嚟填肚咁簡單。首先試咗佢哋嘅火腿芝士凍盤,有三款唔同嘅火腿,每款都有自己嘅風味——有啲鹹香、有啲煙韌、有啲入口即溶,淨食已經好正,夾埋麵包又係另一種享受。之後就係佢哋嘅特色豬腩卷,外皮焗到卡卡聲,一咬落去脆卜卜,入面嘅豬腩肉又香又滑,油脂分佈得啱啱好,層次分明,伴酒簡直一流。最後嗌咗肉眼扒,肉味濃郁,煎得啱啱好,食完真係飽到甜品都食唔落。不過都唔緊要,留返下次再嚟慢慢試其他菜式。

We came here on a whim on a Sunday and book through open rice. The brunch special is very reasonable, so long as you are ok with a limited menu. But it did the job well, since now I’m curious about the a la carte menu, which also looks quite good. The kitchen looks well staffed and We ordered two brunch specials, which each came with a choice of soup or salad. We ordered one soup and one salad, both of which were fine. The soup was borderline underseasoned, but I didn’t mind, since I find many restaurant soups salty and basically inedible. The mains were just fine. We enjoyed the steak and lasagne. I do wish there were more pasta dishes on the brunch menu, but perhaps we’ll have to come back later for that.

格價係師奶仔天性,look 下look下個OpenRice ,比我捕到呢一間係銅鑼灣嘅手工意粉西餐廳經open rice 訂枱就可以獲得主menu 75折,即刻book !! 作為朋友們之御用試伏員,我今次去左之後可以話比大家知道,係無伏嘅!以為係啲拍烏蠅粲廳先搞Promo啦,點知當日係平日晚上去,餐廳都坐滿五成六成客,以上樓餐廳黎講好唔錯。雖然呢到主打手工意粉,但有折頭𡃓,緊係叫返個扒先啦下話?跟埋個菇菇,好香手牛油味,正!扒都做得好食👍🏼七七熟剛剛好,咬落非常之juicy添!仲有個煎香麵包,好滿足。當日我地仲點左黑松露pasta,可惜冇影相。埋單果下真係明碼實價打左75折(唔係57折)幾開心,有優惠都幾值得黎。
