三文魚籽海膽杯用了北海道馬糞海膽,滿滿嘅三文魚籽,仲加咗少少柚子皮提鮮,鮮味係口腔內爆發。


黑鯥肉質肥美,經輕輕火炙過,油脂感更豐富。


白子口感綿密,入口即溶,火炙過多了一份焦香,配搭萬能蔥和辣蘿白,食落特別香口。
