辛苦得嚟志在食,呢排工作忙碌完就決定食餐好嘅慰勞吓自己!上網一搵就俾呢一間喺尖沙咀嘅Omakase吸引咗,就決定去試下。今次我就揀咗個 Omakase Moon set😋😋先付:❣️廣島蠔時雨煮,面豉萵荀,柑桔蜜煮,核桃小女子:廣島蠔好肥美,用時雨煮嘅方式烹調,甜中帶鹹,唔會太濃,避免搶走蠔嘅鮮味。清新嘅萵筍配上麵豉食落好夾,而柑桔蜜煮同埋核桃小女子就帶有甜味,係好好嘅開胃小菜。刺身五款❣️平目薄切:平目刺身入面包住切碎咗嘅甜蝦肉,上面配上魚子醬同埋竹炭葉。值得一提嘅係上枱嘅時候,師傅加入咗啲液態氣體,然之後喺裝住食物嘅兜上面拉咗個波波。波波隨着時間慢慢變大,最後自己爆咗,係好有趣嘅用餐體驗。刺身食落魚味好夠,配上魚子醬嘅鹹香同埋甜蝦嘅甜味,又係超正。❣️長琦縣小長井蠔:呢個生蠔比起前菜嘅時雨煮更肥美,而佢嘅特點就係貝柱位特別爽口,少少檸檬汁加上本身淡淡嘅海水味,好食!❣️三文魚子海膽杯:佢嘅三文魚只係事先有醃過,帶少少甜味。上面鋪左馬糞海膽,鮮味十足。最後師傅仲加上少少柚子皮,帶返少少清新嘅感覺。❣️北海道活八爪魚:呢個刺身有肉同埋吸盤,佢嘅吸盤部位食落好爽脆同鮮甜,白酒魚腳肉,味道較重同又咬口。可以配Wasabi豉油食,亦都可以配柚子胡椒,又係另一種食法。❣️四國鰹魚:鰹魚上嘅時候配咗幾款配菜,可以根據個人口味做調整,包括蔥花,生洋蔥,茗荷同埋炸蒜片。如果鍾意食重口味小小嘅,配上茗荷或者炸蒜片,估唔到都咁夾。御料理❣️鮑魚煮大根:鮑魚煮到好軟腍,而個大根都好入味。再配上日本嘅春菜仔,成件事完成到好高。下面仲配左甘荀同竹輪,味道都好夾。❣️壽司十貫真鯛魚金目鯛帆立貝北海道鰤魚深海池魚黑鯥魚熟成五日赤金鯛北海道沙甸魚高知縣大拖羅北海道海膽配淡雪鹽佢嘅高知縣大拖羅十分肥美,食落口魚油味好重,而最後嘅北海道海膽用紫菜兜住,勁多海膽,沈上一片片嘅淡雪鹽,打卡一流之餘,亦都係味覺嘅昇華❣️吸物七味蜆赤面豉湯:小小七味蜆配海帶嘅麵豉湯,濃郁得來唔會太鹹。❣️甜點櫻花啫喱配火龍果同埋赤蜜瓜,清新口感完美嘅一餐畫上句號。總括嚟講,呢一餐真係食得好滿足,嚐盡各樣日本鮮味。如果下次同男朋友慶祝生日,都會再考慮返嚟二刷! continue reading
