秘製汁燒豆腐
師傅特登先炸豆腐,等豆腐表面有 d 窿窿,先再放汁,咁就豆腐就吸到好多汁,做到一口爆汁嘅效果 😍


蟹膏大蝦
先將大蝦燒熟,然後再搽上蟹膏再輕輕燒一燒,入口蟹膏香味好濃好出,蝦亦都非常鮮甜彈牙 👍🏻


月見免治鷄肉棒、汁燒鷄腿肉
自家制免治鷄肉好彈牙,鷄腿肉都非常嫩 🫶🏻


鹽燒豬肉蘆筍、鹽燒白鱔、鳳梨
蘆筍好 juicy,屬於口味比較清新嘅串燒;白鱔夠肥美 🤤


冷蕎麥麵
最特別係個麵汁加埋鵪鶉蛋,所以會比較滑同鮮 🫶🏻

舊鋪的主打,又有機會吃得到了。鯛魚湯色奶白,鮮味十足,千歲豚肉切得不算薄,半肥瘦,燙熟後,又嫩又脆,一點不肥膩。配菜豐富,生菜/大蔥/嫩豆腐/冬菇/金菇/本菇。所有配料吃完,才煮亁稻庭烏冬,因為烏冬表面有鹽花,店員會先幫我們湯底加熱水,入口非常順滑。最後的湯非常鮮甜,我們飽得很,最後還是喝下大半鍋,完美。
