性價比真的不錯的居酒屋,菜色大部份都是幾十元左右,而且質素都挺不錯,更有Happy Hour生啤有買一送一優惠,約上朋友一起來喝酒吃飯真不錯。鹽燒牛舌芯(72元)燒到五成熟左右,中間還是超粉嫩的狀態,吃起來又爽又嫩的,牛味特別香濃,而且吃的時候再配上炸蒜片,味道更香,口感更豐富。鹽燒雞翼(42元)雞翼燒得表脆肉嫩,鹽燒更突出雞肉香,加上檸檬汁更解膩。和風蕃茄(28元)味道非常清爽,口感脆脆綿綿的,醬汁帶點酸甜。鰻魚玉子燒(68元)厚切的玉子燒,中間放有挺多的鰻魚肉,口感非常嫩滑,玉子燒香甜有蛋香,而鰻魚提供了獨有的油香。自家製免治雞肉棒(58元)燒得表面焦香,吃的時候配上生蛋黃,味道更濃香,質感更滑,而且加了點軟骨去增加口感。脆山芋塔(32元)炸香的芋條加上了七味粉來調味,外脆內軟,挺下酒的。炸蝦天婦羅(98元)一共有五隻蝦配上炸茄子,即叫即炸的,口感酥脆,蝦肉彈牙,茄子肉嫩多汁。蟹肉甲羅燒(78元)配上生蛋和蟹肉跟蟹膏一起混合在一起,搭配上酥脆的餅乾一起吃,蟹膏味道特別香濃,蟹肉鮮甜。牛肉炒飯(108元)吃起來跟鐵板燒的炒飯差不多,都加了很多的蔥花,胡蘿蔔,雞蛋,洋蔥和牛肉去炒,炒得挺乾身,牛肉味突出,味道不錯。炒雞爽肉(68元)店員特別介紹不是用雞頸肉,而且再後一點的身上的那部份,肉會更多,口感亦非常彈牙多汁,配上大量的洋蔥一吃起,增添一份甜味,配上芥末也不錯。自家製鯛魚湯(32元)性價比很高,超大碗的魚湯,魚味非常濃,質感奶滑。生啤(68元)Happy Hour有買一送一,性價比不錯。 continue reading
