這家來至日本博多的烏冬專門店終於抵達香港,周末午市專程一試。午市只會提供午市套餐。這裡「槍」是指牛蒡天婦羅。我點了招牌的「槍烏冬」, 鰹節清湯底配上一條牛蒡天婦羅和魚餅。鰹節清湯底配上蔥花非常鮮美。烏冬比一般的彈牙滑溜。魚餅比一般的大和鮮美一點。牛蒡天婦羅炸得鬆化,沒有油膩感。個人覺得烏冬配料都只是配角, 主要是烏冬和湯底 - "Less is more" - 簡單就是美。性價比是否合理見仁見智, 但是烏冬和湯底毫無疑問是高質素的。大角咀的【うどん処 今助 】也很正宗但烏冬口感不同。另外香港限定的明太子忌廉烏冬的忌廉質素比較稀, 但奶味出奇地相當濃郁。人手不太足夠,也有漏單的情況,希望能夠改善。除此之外都吃得開心,是會再來的地方。Read More

真係好少可要寫食評,嬲到相都無影到,但真係要寫食評警世。叫咗個海帶腐皮烏冬、仲有一個丸天槍烏冬、雞髀肉串、吉列蠔、玉子燒。真係好令人驚訝,驚訝嘅係個烏冬竟然可以淋到就嚟爛個隻,腐皮又好似煮咗成日先拎俾你食咁嘅款,又係淋就嚟爛,海帶又會無啦啦有啲位好硬,湯底好普通,無咩特別。吉列蠔個啲粉比隻蠔厚咗三分之二左右,玉子燒完全唔知食緊咩,雞髀肉串好似無咩點燒過咁。成餐飯,我腦海只有「好難食」依3個字。真係好癲,依間過江龍竟然可以難食到咁,好難得要出手寫食評,最後我發現身邊好多朋友都認同好難食。邊個同我推介依間嘢好食,我會同佢絕交!Read More
