最近工作都好忙,上星期放工同同事一齊去食好野。今次嚟左位於尖沙咀既驚安燒肉商店,係厚福街附近,非常方便。店面闊大,有分卡座同Bar檯。 食物方面,店舖會採用日本岩手黑毛牛同美國牛,質素唔差👍🏻。建議大家叫返一個牛肉九宮格,唔洗逐樣點就可以食到9款牛肉。賣相最靚一定係左上角既三角腩,油脂分佈好均衡,入口軟嫩。左下牛舌芯爽口彈牙。中間既和牛五花,牛味濃郁。右中既一口和牛食落好嫩滑。除左九宮格,我地仲叫左份「蝴蝶切和牛牛頸脊」,係指牛頸上一塊經常活動既肉。柔嫩既牛肉上面佈滿油花,口感肥嫩而且有牛味,燒完仲富有肉汁!除左燒肉,我地叫左兩款主食。炒飯新鮮炒起,米飯粒粒分明又唔油膩,仲有D和牛粒添。和牛拌冷麵係用左青桔仔汁調味,配埋灸燒牛肉一齊食幾清新。咁難得放工一定要傾吓偈啦,我就一定會叫返份炸雞軟骨。外層炸到香脆,落埋調味就幾香口。唔少得叫返杯啤酒。依家佢地Sapporo生啤仲做緊買一送一*。啱晒同朋友一齊嚟chill返杯~~

雖然去燒肉店正常應該先講下燒肉,但呢個和牛多士絕對要先講,完全係成晚嘅main focus!
先講擺盤已經好似啲高級餐廳咁精緻,每件多士都係特登set成富立體感嘅擺法,非常有格調,打卡一流📸
再講下味道,塊多士烤到啱啱好,外皮色澤金黃,表面脆身內部乾軟,吉列和牛表皮酥脆,肉質軟淋仲要勁多肉汁,好食到不得了!!
多士仲有一層薄薄地嘅他他醬,淡淡嘅微酸中和番牛肉本身嘅油份,再加上面頭一小撮魚子醬,令成個味道更加昇華!
成件多士咬落係雙重嘅脆 + 軟 (多士表皮脆、面包本身軟,吉列炸皮脆、和牛軟),層次感十足,食完之後口腔仲充滿住和牛油香,令人回味無窮!!!

極黑和牛、和牛三筋、一口和牛、厚切牛舌芯,呢四款比上面三款較有咬口,肉味亦比較重,配上蒜蓉燒肉汁非常惹味
韓式護心肉、壺漬牛肋肉本身已調好味,味道亦較濃,配上蔥花加添一份清新感,建議食哂上面七款先食呢兩款

手打香水檸檬益力多梳打🥤
呢度嘅飲品價錢好公道,唔似出面大部份餐廳單點野飲通常都要$50 – $70蚊一杯,$28 – $38呢個價錢就有咁大杯,而且質素絕對同出面手搖店有得比!
另外仲見到佢sapporo做緊買一送一,$48兩杯生啤抵到爛,可惜朋友當日有渣車,否則都會嗌嚟一齊飲!
