灣仔的旗艦餐廳主打新派西餐,這次試的幾道菜都很有水準。前菜「香煎章魚鬚」用上新鮮魷魚,口感彈牙,加上三文魚子的鹹鮮和雨衣甘藍的爽脆,再淋上特製醬汁,味道配搭得剛剛好,非常開胃。主菜「冬陰公大蝦意粉」是個有趣的組合,本來擔心冬陰功和忌廉會不搭,但吃下去卻意外地夾。蝦肉新鮮,忌廉的香滑中和了冬陰功的酸辣,吃起來順口又惹味。另一道「廿一天熟成厚切豬排」也讓人驚喜,肉質比一般豬排更軟嫩,咬下去肉汁豐富,值得推薦。最後的「Homemade Lemon Tart」酸甜清新,配上輕盈的淡忌廉,不會太膩,是個完美的結尾。這間餐廳的菜式有創意之餘,味道也拿捏得準,如果想試點不一樣的西餐,這裡是個不錯的選擇!

灣仔的旗艦餐廳主打新派西餐,這次試的幾道菜都很有水準。
前菜「香煎章魚鬚」用上新鮮魷魚,口感彈牙,加上三文魚子的鹹鮮和雨衣甘藍的爽脆,再淋上特製醬汁,味道配搭得剛剛好,非常開胃。

主菜「冬陰公大蝦意粉」是個有趣的組合,本來擔心冬陰功和忌廉會不搭,但吃下去卻意外地夾。蝦肉新鮮,忌廉的香滑中和了冬陰功的酸辣,吃起來順口又惹味。

另一道「廿一天熟成厚切豬排」也讓人驚喜,肉質比一般豬排更軟嫩,咬下去肉汁豐富,值得推薦。

最後的「Homemade Lemon Tart」酸甜清新,配上輕盈的淡忌廉,不會太膩,是個完美的結尾。這間餐廳的菜式有創意之餘,味道也拿捏得準,如果想試點不一樣的西餐,這裡是個不錯的選擇!

灣仔,是香港歷史悠久的酒吧區,早在蘇絲黃60年代,灣仔已經是充滿傳奇的故事。今晚來到灣仔 Flagship 晚餐,發現灣仔酒吧區範圍,已靜俏俏擴展到食店位置,好事。酒吧從店外,已經開始看到外國裝修風格,牆上,店內佈置,天花板吊燈,都讓人到了歐洲的感覺。開始吃了,先來一個香煎章魚須頭盤,章魚須外皮煎得焦脆,咬一口,裡面是軟嫩多汁的章魚肉最特別的,是用羽衣甘藍(kale)作為伴菜 ,這菜有益健康。卡邦尼意粉,麵條勁道,奶香味十足,每一根麵條都滿了濃郁的醬汁,最特別是選用一種中式配料,令意粉味道與別不同。 避風塘猪扒,猪扒煎得恰到好處,外焦裏嫩,配上那獨特的避風塘調料,一吃下去,香得不行,好味。與朋友在酒吧餐廳,一邊享用美食,一邊欣賞環境,一邊聊天,不經不覺便享受一整晚了。

The staffs are so nice!wonderful food, wonderful place, wonderful people!highly recommended.I would totally recommend this place. I booked the wrong date, but the team was very welcoming and offer a table still We’ve ordered escargot, dry aged pork and carbonara - food was amazing and was a quaint cozy neighborhood go to! They offered a free glass of wine during the promotion. But we brought a bottle of wine there. so they offered a free corkage instead!
