假期去灣仔探完朋友,她帶我去了間在後巷,頗為隱蔽的西餐廳,店舖雖然細小 ,但分下層及上層,食物質素非常好,老闆很細心,人流亦不錯,晚上7点已經坐滿人。大啡芝士蘑菇大大隻的啡蘑菇上放了芝士一齊焗,烤焗後,啡蘑菇仍很多汁,芝士外面少少脆,內裡軟綿綿及拉絲,上面加了黑醋汁,跟啡蘑菇味道很夾,好好味。黑松露露筍意粉意粉軟硬度適中,幼嫩的露筍切幼粒方便咀嚼,每條意粉沾滿了香噴噴,滑滑的黑松露白菌汁,白菌汁的味道香濃好味,非常回味。 continue reading
