比英國的炸魚薯條好吃的,沒想到在香港也能找得到。FISH & CHICK 提供多款魚類選擇,還包括本地新鮮魚類。如果不知道選哪款好,可以和店員說喜歡魚什麼口感再幫你選。我這次去的這間位於堅尼地城,店面正對著海景,那氛圍感滿分💯店內的霓虹燈招牌亦增添了一點復古酒吧的感覺,不知道大家有沒有發現水泥風吧台上印著魚類名稱?🐟MONK FISH 石頭魚 (HKD 150)來自紐西蘭的石頭魚口感扎實有彈性,吃落會有比較飽滿的嚼勁。輕盈不過厚的炸粉看起來金黃酥脆,外酥內彈的口感更加突出。只是加檸檬汁來提升鮮味就已經很足夠,配外酥內綿的粗身暑條。🐔原味烤雞 (HKD 100/半隻)雖然這間主打炸魚薯條,但法式炸雞都很值得試的喔。低溫慢烤讓外皮烤至金黃酥脆且有微微的焦香感,肉汁都被鎖住。特別是雞髀部位更是嫩而不柴,其他也不會過於乾澀。搭配帶少許顆粒、奶香濃郁的薯蓉與烤雞一起享用口感層次更豐富。🥗煙三文魚沙律配蜜糖刁草汁 (HKD 85)口感軟嫩的三文魚帶淡淡煙燻香,配上清甜微酸的蜜糖刁草汁,再加上爽脆的生菜非常平衡且清爽,作為輕食享用都幾適合。🥕自家製紅蘿蔔蛋糕 (HKD 45)吃落很有濕潤感的蛋糕,面層糖霜不算太厚,讓整體不會很膩口。另外撒上可可粉讓蛋糕的甜度更平衡,還有叉子的粉末裝飾,擺盤💯 continue reading

Set lunch (starter + main course + drink)小編揀咗$98炸魚薯條餐:Starter: 煙三文魚配蜜糖刁草汁上碟好靚👍🏻,沙律菜墊底,面頭舖了兩大片油亮的煙三文魚😋。煙三文魚配上檸檬汁,十分開胃🥰。煙三文魚表面掃上油,令肉質更軟,口感更濕潤🥰。處理得唔錯👍🏻Main: 炸鱸魚配薯條 (鱸魚seabream需另加$30)小編雖然愛食魚,但其實對魚的品種認識不多。店家有問想揀實肉還是滑肉嘅魚。小編則較愛滑肉,店家推薦鱸魚/比目魚。最後揀咗鱸魚。魚塊好大塊😍炸漿好光滑😍、金黃色、薄身😍😍😍、唔油膩,火喉控制得好好。炸漿似落咗啤酒,食落較鬆脆😋魚肉本身真係好滑😍,炸魚可以做到蒸魚般濕潤而不弄濕炸皮,厲害😍😍😍小編偷食咗同行友人的炸藍鱈魚hoki,相較底下真係冇咁滑身,但濃魚味👍🏻,會唸起m記魚柳包味😂,但係高配版,小店魚柳屬厚切同炸得好好。Overall,鱸魚較驚艷、特別,喜歡滑身魚嘅不妨加少少錢試下!⭐️⭐️⭐️薯條則較扁身,冇咩薯仔肉。小編覺得炸得普通,唔係脆口,而是炸得太硬身😌Drink: 冷檸茶走甜少冰店家用啤酒杯裝。有兩片檸檬。真係走曬甜同少冰👍🏻結論以上的餐($98+$30) x 1.1 = $141Cp值唔算高,但食物質素有保證,set lunch會比晚市散叫抵食如果坐近門口都望到堅尼地城海邊,環境乾淨唔錯👍🏻大約有二十個位,lunch都full,但可以致電預book位👌🏻 continue reading
