To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Unexpectedly worst service and super embarrassed to bring guest there. I brought a guest from Singapore who craved for dim sum, which turned out the worst experience in Hong Kong. I can’t imagine the waitress just threw the bill on the table and mentioned our meal should end and they have to serve the second round of guests. Most embarrassing part was there were plenty of empty tables and I think there should be flexibility for diners although it was noted with time restriction for dinner. Worst of all, we didn’t finish the food and there’s another waiter brought the credit card machine to settle the bill.Super embarrassing and won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to showcase Hong Kong dim sum. Also a shame for Hong Kong food industry, especially in such high end location.

多謝喺中環返工嘅朋友願意遷就我,嚟金鐘呢個美食沙漠搵我食飯🥹 天氣開始熱,所以多數都喺太古廣場搵嘢食,見邊間唔洗等位就試下😂喺金鐘返咗幾年工,第一次食Dim Sum Library。因為睇餐廳外觀覺得似貴夾唔飽,加上定位係酒樓但唔少侍應講英文,第一印象會認為點心味道唔夠正宗😂今次兩個人叫咗黑松露蝦餃、薑蔥龍蝦包、流心海鹽焦糖朱古力糯米糍,同埋石鍋魚湯日本稻庭烏冬,埋單一人200零蚊,價錢喺金鐘飲茶屬於合理價位。整體嚟講食物賣相精緻,部分食物有新意,喺其他酒樓未見過,味道亦係正常新派點心店水準。最有驚喜係魚湯烏冬,因為冇圖片,本身擔心份量會唔會好少,甚至冇魚肉只有魚湯😂最後發現其實有唔少魚肉,烏冬質地爽滑,魚湯鮮甜,兩個女仔每人分到3小碗,絕對夠飽。唯一要挑剔係張枱比較細,如果再叫多幾款食物應該會唔夠位擺。

早排同朋友去咗 Dim Sum Library,一間主打創新點心同中菜嘅高質餐廳,裝修型格又帶啲上海復古 feel。雖然個名係叫 Dim Sum,但都唔係傳統茶樓嗰啲,佢哋係將經典中菜同點心玩融合創意同擺盤美學,每一道菜都好似藝術品咁樣~點心都好精緻。必試精選:石鍋葱香鵝肝和牛炒飯用熱辣辣嘅石鍋上枱,炒飯底部會煎到微脆,焦香十足!重點係入面有嫩滑和牛粒,油香同肉味完美融合,每一啖都超級滋味,係奢華版炒飯!黑蒜燒賣呢款真係好有創意,將傳統燒賣加入黑蒜,味道即刻升級!黑蒜嘅甜香中帶微酸,中和咗豬肉嘅油膩感,食落好開胃又唔會膩。燒賣外型仲保持得好靚,賣相同味道都一流!花膠魚湯津白花膠滑溜溜,膠質豐富,配上清甜嘅津白,再加一碗濃郁到不得了嘅魚湯,飲一啖已經感覺到暖入心。完全係可以養顏又滿足嘅一道菜~除左價錢有點貴之外,Dim Sum Library既環境同食物質素都幾唔錯,如果有野慶祝都值得一黎。
