看到食評不錯,今天就過來一試,來到時等了一會就能入座,毋須久等,但已見餐廰坐滿了食客,還留意到有韓國遊客在座,想必是看到食評而來。落點心是手机落單,但等候上桌時間較長,人手顯然不足,周時看到有客人招手也沒員工理會,有些還看到很焦急的樣子,索性自己出去拿取杯子和茶,結賬也是要等員工忙完,否則就要乾等。點心質素一般,並未覺得突出,而且份量偏小,性價比不高,而且餐廰空間不大,坐起來感覺迫狹,比起酒樓的空間感差太遠。

兩款燉湯,我就揀了「黑蒜螺片燉肉排湯」($38),這湯湯色深濃,湯味也濃,螺片雖只得指甲大小的一小塊,湯內還有肉排、雞腳和黑蒜等材料,都算真材實料。

今日跟朋友約咗在油麻地「點心到」飲茶後再去Shopping 🥰「點心到」好處是蝦餃燒賣等可以點2粒,不用一定4粒😜而且不用加一和茶位只是$5一位🙂人少飲茶另一選擇🥰沙參玉竹燉士雞,湯料足,味道鮮甜,不錯!晶瑩鮮蝦餃, 蝦肉質鮮嫩,口感彈牙😁蜜汁叉燒腸,一碟2條叉燒腸,還有一條靚菜,皮夠薄夠滑,餡料足!味道不錯👍原隻蝦燒賣,原隻蝦,肉質口感鮮嫩!潮州粉果,粉果皮薄,味道好香,不錯!其他如香煎蘿蔔糕蜆蚧鯪魚球等也不錯🥰

前後去過幾次點心到都是光顧晚上提供小菜的旺角分店,得知油蔴地新開了一間點心專門店就特意於星期六晚帶同喜歡飲茶食點心的婆婆來吃晚餐。晚上大約7:15pm,到達時竟然座無虛席,幸好剛有客人離開我們才不怎麼需要等位,但想不到新店的人氣會那麼高,大概不要低估點心到這招牌的影響力。第一款送上的點心也是我最想試試得蝦餃4粒($32),而這裡的蝦餃和燒賣可以2的倍數落單,因此無論你想食多食少也沒有問題,彈性高蝦餃的皮算是薄,質地煙韌,裡面的餡料飽滿,有大大隻爽脆蝦仁,基本上是每檯客人都有叫的點心同時間上菜的黑松露菜苗餃($27)則明顯比蝦餃遜色。一般食到的菜苗餃外型通常如蝦餃的那樣把餡料完全包在裡面,而這裡的餡料是半露在外,上面放上一些「黑松露」,令人感覺精緻一點。可是,裡面的餡料少,菜苗的比例亦低,上面的所謂松露我們也丁點吃不到可以與黑松露有聯繫的味道,大家可以把quota留給其他食物。鮮蝦腐皮卷($28)剛剛炸起熱得燙嘴,味道正常,知道這道菜式會比較多油,若餐廳在食物底部放一張吸油紙會更佳,不會那麼肥膩。同是炸物的三絲鮮蝦春卷($25)的質地比較乾身,漲卜卜外皮香脆,只是餡內的蝦肉不明顯,或許蝦

除了蝦餃,我們還點了燒賣2粒($15)嚐嚐。燒賣質地結實,不算很肥,但欠缺了一個我認為頗重要的元素:冬菇。雖然冬菇在燒賣裡不是主角,但好食的燒賣除了需要豬肉的香、爽彈的蝦仁,還需要冬菇的香氣與味道去豐富並提升;可是,這裡的燒賣單純只是一件豬肉,吃上去感覺單調,不太覺得自己正在食燒賣。根據估計,餐廳大概想燒賣更容易保存,就抽起相對上較容易變壞的冬菇,好讓燒賣可以冷藏得更耐,但令這款點心的表現未如理想。

醬皇金錢肚($25)大件肉厚,一格格的位置亦藏了不少濃郁惹味的醬汁,讓人停不到口。金錢肚入口是夠淋的,不是淋得不用咬,但也是做得軟淋入味,婆婆十分喜歡,可惜只有四件,只叫一籠實在不夠喉!


四寶滑雞扎($30)正正常常,至於龍仔鳳爪排骨飯($35)的鳳爪和排骨比較少,白飯多但太硬太乾,大部份都很難吃得下,特別是老人家更是不能吃,我們只好打包取走回家在蒸,這個飯是失敗的。

最後我們還點了一客黑金流沙包($25)作結。流沙包的味道跟一般茶樓的基本上一樣,裡面的餡幾流心,吃的時候要小心啊。


看來點心到無論是晝夜都頗受歡迎,分店地理位置方便價錢親民,沒有加一服務費茶茗都是$5,不想特意去茶樓飲茶都可以來食點心;若要疏導並更好地改善人流情況,大概點心到要仿效其他分店那般使用訂座服務了

以前細d好中意出街食西餐,依家有個左反而中意食中式野。點心一向都係我好喜歡既,不過好多時都起唔到身飲茶,近來發現油麻地新開左一間點心,岩晒我放工都可以黎食。2個人叫左7份點心都唔過份啊XD 有最中意既燒賣,整得好靚,食落去隻蝦仲好爽口,d豬肉都好多汁。我朋友指明要牛肉球,佢話勁好食、好滑。我覺得腐皮卷係必點之選,入面餡料滿滿,仲要係超級脆皮,食食下放到晾左都仲係好脆!!腸粉皮唔會好厚,每碟有2條,都唔錯。雞扎其實我平時唔會嗌,不過又心思思想試下,每卷有芋頭、雞肉、棉花同蟹柳,其實食既時候都係拆散晒哈哈哈

點心到新分店食個lunch~ 1400到有小人潮要等等!新型茶樓有埋wifi小卡位,感覺到舒服新淨。燒賣 $15好buy依套有兩粒四粒既叫法。燒賣繼續飽滿多肉~ 燒賣皮都唔馬虎實淨!豉椒蒸排骨 $22芋頭係底。都幾多排骨,唔會有豬腥味道,啖啖肉。每次必叫之一🐖沙薑汁燴鮮淮山 $22木耳、西芹同淮山素食之物,清淡健康。而家嘅綠色食物都幾貴,依款性價比幾好。品種多又唔會難入口。燒汁釀茄子 $23好大件大大鯪魚肉!比燒汁釀虎皮椒叫得仲多,企身新鮮!燒汁釀虎皮椒 $24煎香多肉,唔怕有少少辣就好叫啦!除咗綠椒之外,仲有紅椒😀 椒皮走油好香口!香茜牛肉腸 $25薄皮中間多牛肉,牛肉重!就咁咬唔覺,咬多啖就滿滿肉啦。豉油可以另上,幾好!店員個個都helpful唔會黑面嫌麻煩。籠仔金銀蒜海蝦飯 $42蒜加蝦既飯🤪 夠濃,飯軟淋少少咬左汁!
