Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相約好耐冇見既好友,我哋一齊去屯門市中心,行商場搵餐廳食下嘢,就係 Delifrance Bistro 食個lunch先啦 ~入去餐廳,地方闊落,以歐式風格設計,配搭柔和燈光效果,感覺令人心情放鬆! 大蝦羅勒青醬意粉 $102之前試過依度啲意粉有質素,今次一定要再食。意粉非常彈牙,口感煙韌,唔會偏淋,仍然保持水準!蝦好大隻,嫩滑爽口,蝦味香濃,羅勒青醬與意粉撈得好均勻,好美味。匈牙利牛肋條意粉 $92牛肋條大大粒且厚身,入口十分juicy,肉質嫩滑,牛味濃郁,意粉爽口,煙韌彈牙,唔會煮得過淋,與爽甜嘅紅蘿蔔及自家製醬汁拌勻後,口感十分豐富,太喜歡。焗法國軟心朱古力蛋糕配雪糕 (+$49)點左我地鍾意嘅軟心朱古力蛋糕配雪糕,蛋糕外皮焗至熱熱,鬆脆可口,切開後擁出朱古力漿,整個朱古力蛋糕味道濃厚,配搭雲呢拿雪糕同幼滑忌廉,一冷一熱,一齊食層次感更多。法國軟心冬甩 (+$12)另一個甜品係冬甩,有幾款口味選擇,揀左朱古力,軟心質地,啖啖濃郁香味,朱古力軟心餡料,香濃幼滑,甜度啱啱好,麵包散發天然香味。跟餐送熱飲,有即磨咖啡、錫蘭奶茶、檸檬茶及檸檬水,可另加$餐飮升級,選擇豐富。即磨咖啡,最後不得不提餐廳嘅飲品。即磨咖啡嘅質素非常好,飲落唔會太酸又夠香,冇加奶只係加少少啡糖,然後直接飲曬杯咖啡。熱檸檬茶,帶檸檬清香,飲起嚟開胃又解膩。

今日放假約咗朋友食早餐;去咗屯門呢間delifance!之前食過下午茶都OK;今日試吓佢嘅早餐。早餐選擇都算多,我叫咗個自選早餐: 有迷你雜菜湯螺絲粉、煎蛋。另外我揀咗火雞片同杏鮑菇。老友就簡單啲要咗個芝士煙肉小斑味包;可以配太陽蛋同埋一個雜菜湯螺絲粉。食物質素OK;服務亦可,舒舒服服大家傾吓偈。

呢間餐廳相信唔係預製菜,唔係上得快,所有菜品都係熱辣辣,亦係抵食之選。黑松露薯條新鮮啱啱乍起,黑松露味好重,份量足,抵食。龍蝦湯居然有龍蝦肉,有驚喜。而且鹹味適中。鱈魚扒新鮮大份。煙三文魚卡邦尼意粉,份量好足,煙肉同三文魚都好多件,而且蛋香味好濃,性價比高。飲品都好花心思,相貌靚,而且朱古力味濃,朱古力出品不錯。布朗蛋糕配雪糕賣相好亦超好食,蛋糕啱啱焗起,中間暖,配起雪糕冰火交融。整體嚟講,餐廳出品質素高,菜式賣相花心思,價錢平民。Supreme Set做緊買二送一,超抵食。

好耐冇食Delifrance,放工諗唔到食乜嘢見到呢間,搵返兒時回憶。屯門呢間環境好舒服,有空間感。同老公叫咗兩個餐。法式烤鱈魚柳伴文也汁配烤薯仔鱈魚柳外脆內嫩,烤得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑,帶有油脂香味。雖然就咁食已經好好味,但加埋文也汁嘅清新酸味為魚肉增添咗層次感,配搭啲金黃香脆嘅烤黃瓜同薯仔,真係好夾嘅組合,健康又好味。草飼牛柳藜麥飯研究過草飼牛肉同傳統的穀飼牛肉不同,呢種牛肉由吃草和其他天然食物餵養的牛製成,不含任何激素或添加劑,牛肉的營養價值和口感更加健康、自然和美味。老公追求健康食材😂揀咗呢款。牛柳煮得恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩,配上健康嘅藜麥飯整體口感好豐富。藜麥嘅香氣配合牛肉,感覺好健康又有營養。法式蝴蝶酥配雪糕呢個加配甜品,蝴蝶酥外脆內軟,配埋一球香滑嘅雪糕,完美的一餐。

朋友介紹說屯門有一間特別舒服的Delifrance Bistro,所以特登去試下。環境比較闊落,坐位之間好有空間感。溫泉蛋牛油果青醬意粉 $89溫泉蛋掌握得好好,流心蛋黃充滿每條意粉加分,牛油果好足料,感覺比青醬味道更突出,份量好滿意。黑松露白汁薯條 跟餐 +$29.0用左薯條同埋即炸無翻炸,無論岩岩炸好同凍左都咁好食,黑松露白汁令薯條錦上添花。紅咖哩雞藜麥飯 $79紅咖哩充滿椰奶香味,微辣帶有一定的甜度,不太吃辣的人也可以接受,超濃郁非常岩配白飯一齊食,雞肉份量也多而且唔老。脆炸馬蘇里拉芝士條6件 $78因為我同朋友都好鍾意食芝士想試一下,熱辣辣食好香同拉絲,但凍左有少少似面包的質感,要馬上食。熱焙茶朱古力 跟餐 +$12.0每個套餐但有一杯飲品亦可以加錢轉特飲,其中一杯試左焙茶朱古力,兩個味道好夾,唔會搶左大家的味道,好飲。鮮士多啤梨法式拿破斋蛋糕 跟餐 +$39.0最後試埋甜品,拿破斋做到酥脆的質感,感覺好新鮮唔似放左好耐的,好滿足。
