今日同屋企人係屯門睇完戲，大家都見肚餓，一出戲院門口就見到呢間PHI，佢地裝修好精緻，就入去試下。佢地主打係食PANCAKE，我地就揀左3款開心些牙食下。我揀左石板街梳乎厘，阿媽就揀左佢最愛既藍莓乳酪梳乎厘，阿爸諗左好耐最後決定左要經典伯爵茶梳乎厘試下。石板街梳乎厘一上枱就聞到超濃朱古力香！目測 4cm厚梳乎厘班戟，淋滿朱古力醬，非常吸引。雪糕同朱古力漿加埋班戟一次過舀起，口感好正好豐富！藍莓乳酪梳乎厘質地稠身但唔膩，微微地酸中和返班戟甜度。最驚喜既係醬裡混入好多既藍莓果肉，食到啖啖都有爆汁感！經典伯爵茶梳乎厘既茶味够晒突出，似食紧液态伯爵茶！同埋甜度刚剛好, 唔會好甜, 我阿爸就最愛。總結：「唔使過海，屯門都有高質梳乎厘班戟！」 睇完戲過嚟食個甜品，perfect池！ continue reading

    放假嘅早上想去Cafe食個brunch，諗起屯中心呢間鋪。紅日下午入去唔使等位。呢間鋪比較開陽，本身都有少少擔心會食得唔舒服，但被安排咗一個比較入嘅位置，所以成個用餐體驗都幾好。屯門呢間分店冇炸物，所以冇得揀小食。兩個人叫咗兩個意粉，一個疏乎厘同兩杯咖啡。首先叫左個辣蕃茄蟹肉意粉，微微辣味，蟹肉都夠多。蕃茄同辣加埋好夾。第二個叫咗個Carbonara ，啲煙肉係好厚切一條係，燒得好香。疏乎厘揀咗藍莓味，幾清爽，仲配咗一球雪糕。埋單總共$472，食到好飽 continue reading

      前幾天帶了屋企人黎食野，食到一半突然有個高大有夾既女員工（對佢很深印象），過來話阻一阻我時間，想介紹個盒紫色野，雖然沒興趣但都聽佢介紹下，後來都講左吾太需要，冇興趣，然後佢繼續講，講到好平全部可以馬上用，都講左吾太需要，女員工面口黑晒 ，但仍然在計算我今餐飯錢，折扣好底等等…其實盒野都係要錢買，加上完全冇興趣，講完又講，好似一定需要購買，最後好似拒絕不到，所以就買左一盒返屋企，其實買不買應該根據客人意願先？不用強迫人買，感覺很差，希望貴公司有所改善。 continue reading

      比Kuromi餐牌吸引

      見到Kurumi餐牌，所以行咗入嚟，不過結果點嘅食物係另外一樣嘢😂價錢算係偏貴，不過同一樣食物真係食得出佢嘅用心製作，好似周圍都有的肉醬意粉，食得出肉醬是有炒過，調味剛剛好，意粉軟硬度也剛剛好，十分欣賞，另外甜品疏乎厘，製作也很快速，細微的細節也很好，裝飾的朱古力，味道像Godiva 的黑朱古力味 continue reading
