《喫茶ちょうぼ - 大埔》每當有朋友入嚟大埔搵我,想去個安靜啲嘅地方傾偈的話我一定會帶佢去呢一間和食屋 @choubo_kissaten 食蛋包飯同飲杯野,今次都唔例外🤗餐廳近排推出咗新嘅蛋包飯,用咗牛油果製作,成個飯綠色好靚呀,仲有一個好啱夏天食嘅蜜瓜味刨冰,每隔一排就有新出嘅菜式,食極都唔厭呀💁🏻‍♀️夏日芒果梳打 $45天氣熱嘅時候最適合就係飲梳打呢一類有氣嘅飲品,芒果糖漿配上梳打水,味道唔算太甜而且好清爽,不過略嫌細杯咗少少姐💁🏻‍♀️朱古力曲奇黑咖啡 $52而我就叫咗一杯店員推介嘅朱古力曲奇黑咖啡,佢上面嗰一層奶泡混和曲奇碎同埋朱古力醬,如果鍾意飲Mocha的話你會喜歡呢款咖啡的💁🏻‍♀️若葉香氣蛋包飯 $136呢一個就係我講嗰個新推出嘅蛋包飯,個蛋有一陣香料嘅味道,綠色嘅外觀好吸引,下面墊左大量牛油果肉,店員會將蛋切開再淋上忌廉汁,連個飯都唔係普通嘅白飯,係加咗味素既飯,所以入口超級香,同埋食完唔會覺得好滯👍🏻💁🏻‍♀️日式咖喱牛肋肉烏冬 $132另外一個主食我地叫左咖喱牛肋肉烏冬,咖喱用左日式既製作方法,所以食落甜甜地好開胃,烏冬好掛汁,店員刨左好多芝士落去,混合埋蛋黃汁之後食落更滑同埋濃味,就算唔食辣既都可以食得到既咖喱💁🏻‍♀️蔥油香菜唐揚炸雞 $118我地仲另外叫左個小食share,醬汁用左平時食白切雞既蔥油製作,淋上脆卜卜既炸雞肉上面,食落幾惹味,份量又多又大份,最啱一班人一齊食💁🏻‍♀️初夏清甜蜜瓜刨冰 $82因為天氣真係好熱,的確會令人想食刨冰,又係用咗日式嘅方法,喺刨冰上面淋上蜜瓜味嘅糖漿,再有幾片新鮮蜜瓜肉,刨冰嘅冰粒比較粗,係好原始嘅味道👍🏻就有啲似去日本舊式甜品舖會食到嘅懷舊冰點一樣 continue reading

We have both remedied ourselves well post-surgery and are living life to its fullest again! Yes we are strong and we ought to celebrate life at this lovely kissaten. This branch in Tai Po mega mall has a souvenir section at the storefront that sells delicate tableware. We cheered with each other with two splendid drink: a sweet-savour sparkling cherry blossom soda, and a smooth and sweet purple & yellow potato milk. Sharing a plate of tuna & mentaiko angel hair pasta, and a pink cherry blossom omurice with usagi. Both were lightly flavoured, and plated beautifully. The staff would help you cut open the omelette egg and pour the creamy starchy cherry blossom flavoured sauce onto the egg, ladies would love that cos it’s all pinkish!Dessert was a fluffy yummy hojicha tea chiffon cake with a dollop of baby pink cherry blossom cream, that smelt incredible! 2025年7月22日 星期二今晚約咗好耐冇見嘅大學同學係大埔食飯,由於預計咗一定會傾好耐,所以都希望搵一間舒適休閒嘅地方可以慢慢傾,最後就搵咗呢一間餐廳,雖然座位唔多,但空間佈置好有心思,牆上掛住懷舊畫作,配上輕柔既爵士樂,真係令人好放鬆餐牌整得好精緻,圖文並茂,有好多唔同種類嘅食物可以選擇,仲有我最鍾意食嘅日式蛋包飯添,價錢都唔算太貴,我哋兩個人決定share嚟食,於是點咗兩個主菜、一個小食同一份甜品,再每人點一杯飲品,應該就好足夠點完餐大約等咗15分鐘左右,食物就開始陸續送到,一嚟到嘅就係若葉香氣蛋包飯,翠綠色既蛋皮包住香噴噴炒飯,賣相一流,唔止打破一般對蛋包飯嘅印象,仲帶有陣陣青葉香氣添蛋皮煎得滑而不膩,配埋微酸甜嘅白汁,味道層次好豐富之後有日式咖哩牛肋肉烏冬,店員仲會即場刨芝士出嚟,睇落真係好邪惡~牛肋肉烏冬本身已經夠香濃,配埋濃郁日式咖哩,再刨上厚厚芝士,就好似多咗一層綿滑芝士瀑布咁,視覺同味覺都無得輸!芝士一溶喺熱辣辣咖哩裡面,變成一種黏黏又香口嘅口感,加埋牛肋肉嘅軟腍口感,一啖落去真係滿足到不得了呢個係蔥油香菜唐揚炸雞,真係夠晒創意,外皮酥脆到咔咔聲,炸得金黃香脆,而蔥油香菜嘅搭配不但冇搶味,反而令炸雞多咗一份清新嘅層次感香菜嘅微苦同蔥油嘅鹹香令整體味道更有深度,係港式與日式之間嘅完美融合飲品方面有抹茶麻薯沙冰,用左茶香濃郁嘅抹茶冰沙做底,飲落去即刻透心涼,入口回甘得嚟又唔會太澀,麻薯粒煙韌Q彈,好有口感,每啖都咬到甜甜嘅驚喜,面層仲有抹茶醬忌廉點綴,整體顏值高之餘又唔膩,打卡一流配搭冰涼口感同麻薯嘅韌性,真係一冷一暖、一柔一韌嘅完美平衡另一杯就係紅豆牛乳,濃郁牛乳加入粒粒紅豆,甜度岩岩好,唔會搶味又唔膩,帶有微微豆香同奶香,飲完心情都溫暖咗如果食完炸雞或者咖哩,想嚟杯溫柔收尾,呢杯就一定係完美選擇最後有甜品初夏清甜蜜瓜刨冰,冰晶綿密但唔會太硬,入口即化,好似初夏微風咁柔蜜瓜果肉色澤誘人,果香濃郁而自然甜潤,汁液滲入冰層,每啖都感受到果香同冰感交融,彷彿將炎熱一掃而空食落去仲有種果香由清香慢慢升級成熟果甜,層次感好足夠埋單每人$300左右,傾得好滿足又食得好開心! continue reading
