To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次團隊聚餐試咗朋友成日推介嘅呢間酒樓,果然冇介紹錯! 蝦餃皮薄餡靚,蝦肉新鮮爽口;燒賣肉質實在,食落有口感。最出色係個滷水拼盤,大腸同牛肚都整得剛剛好,入味得嚟又唔會太鹹。梅菜扣肉肥瘦適中,梅菜嘅甜味同豬肉好夾,連平時唔食肥肉嘅隊友都忍唔住試咗。 最後上咗個甜甜哋嘅糕點,雖然唔知叫咩名,但食落都幾好味,唔會太甜膩。 整體食物水準唔錯,服務都幾好,換碟、添茶都夠快手。今次團隊食飯大家都食得開心,下次人多聚餐都可以再考慮呢間!

環境舒適乾淨,可挑菜品算多。可惜菜上桌後不夠熱,扣了分,店要多加注意!味道還算不錯,如果再減點油會更好,否則又油又唔夠熱就倒了點胃口,尤其是潮洲煎伊麵;糯米飯炒得比較濕,吃不出糯米的質感;杏汁豬肺湯,杏汁比較稠和濃,小朋友不喜歡;煎肉餅好吃;豆苗不夠熱所以覺得有點油,但炒得還是嫰口的;方魚炒芥蘭亦是同樣問題;普寧炸豆腐和炸子雞不過不失。雖然賣的是潮洲菜,但不是很正宗,可能是迎合大眾口味。總體還可以。
