被在香港住的以前同学推荐的,这次和朋友一起去吃了一次。餐厅的环境是ok的,服务也特别好,全程不用自己动手,服务人员会主动给虾去壳。我们点了个二人套餐,有凉拌花甲王(我个人很爱吃花甲,还蛮喜欢这道菜的)、油盐焗香港火焰奄仔蟹(顾名思义,有火焰的,这道菜很有仪式感)、鬼火深喉濑尿虾、三重芝士焗南澳龙虾炒饭(芝士味道很浓),套餐里还有糖水。食材吃得出来比较新鲜,总体可以,价格小贵,有机会的话可以再来吃吃。 continue reading

这次去香港,我們點了四人套餐,价格不算便宜,要两千多。不过份量很够,菜单里有日本青椒M7和牛(牛肉的质感确实不错)、亚麻籽活南澳龙虾多士(南澳龙虾很大只)、香港火焰奄仔蟹(有火焰,看起来比较高级),还有一个濑尿虾(这个很火,经常在网上刷到,口感比较绵密,有黄酒味)。前菜有三个,乌金蜜饯蚝、黄金沙鲜鱿、还有一道麻辣裙边。还有时蔬和其他小菜。味道挺好的,但是四人套餐六個人一起吃都還沒吃完,下次可以试下两人套餐再單點几道菜。 continue reading

花膠雞煲鮮味十足,喝起來暖胃又滋補。琥珀嘴瀨尿蝦口感比較綿密,搭配黃酒的清香味,吃起來鮮美無比,朋友很喜歡這道菜!麒麟豆腐入口十分勁道,不知道用什麼工藝做出來的,豆香味非常濃郁,每一口都充滿驚喜。推薦菜實在太多了,亞麻籽活南澳龍蝦多士、薑蔥蠔煲、川式西蠔等等,都非常好吃!我們六個人一起吃都還沒吃完,份量很夠啊,下次可以少點點,再來試試別的。這家店的點心小菜全日供應,性價比超級高,絕對物超所值,下次還會再和朋友一起來! continue reading

流覽了眾多食客的評價,感覺評價都挺好的,所以這次我特別預訂了明廚,和家人一起來嘗試一下。前菜選擇了海蜇和黃金炸魚皮,味道確實非常不錯,符合我的預期。川式西蚝、九肚鱼、油浸筍殼魚和芝士龍蝦都非常好吃,尤其是三重芝士焗南澳龍蝦炒飯,濃郁的芝士味讓人回味無窮。亞麻籽活南澳龍蝦多士的口感也相當出色,龍蝦腦袋狠狠滿足!總體來說,這是挺有性價比的一家,挺容易找到的。裝修風格我還挺喜歡的,菜品美味,份量也大,怪不得這麼多人來吃。 continue reading

一家有海鮮和粵菜的餐廳,菜品大部分都很有特點,味道恰到好處,不會過鹹或過淡,很符合我的胃口!琥珀醉瀨尿蝦不愧是招牌,酒香四溢,無得頂的美味,絕對是必點之選;另外還推薦川式西蠔(西瓜和生蠔是很特別的搭配)、火焰奄仔蟹(儀式感十足,視覺效果超贊,很適合發朋友圈,味道也不錯)、咕嚕肉(口感還挺特別的,有青椒搭配,配上酸甜醬汁,我很喜歡這道菜)。整體用餐體驗令人難忘,我必定再會來吃,推薦給所有追求美食的朋友! continue reading
