Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

My recent dining experience at The Buffet in Regal Airport Hotel was the perfect way to relax before my flight. Unlike the usual rushed and chaotic airport dining options, this restaurant offered a surprisingly calm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious, well-designed interior made it easy to forget I was even at an airport instead, it felt like a proper hotel dining experience with a sophisticated yet comfortable vibe.The food selection was outstanding, featuring a diverse range of international and local dishes. The seafood station was a highlight, with fresh sushi, crabs, and prawns. I also enjoyed the roast meats, made-to-order pasta, and a variety of Asian specialties, including dim sum and flavorful stir-fries. The dessert section was equally impressive, with a tempting spread of cakes, pastries, and even a chocolate fountain. Everything was well-prepared, and the quality was consistent across all stations.Service was another strong point staff were attentive, refilling drinks promptly and clearing plates efficiently without making me feel rushed. The restaurant was clean, and the seating arrangement allowed for a comfortable, unhurried meal.What stood out most was how relaxing the whole experience was. Unlike typical airport eateries, this buffet allowed me to enjoy my meal in peace, making it a great way to unwind before a flight.If you’re traveling through Hong Kong and want a high-quality, stress-free dining experience, I highly recommend The Buffet at Regal Airport Hotel. Great food, excellent service, and a surprisingly tranquil setting definitely worth visiting!

上週末我和朋友去博覽館入場睇ComplexCon，這裏有多元化藝術品充滿視覺上享受，大約晚上7:00鐘大家個肚都開始打鼓啦，要開餐啦！大家異口同聲講食自助餐吧為咗大家食完飽方便返屋企於是我哋去到富豪機場酒店藝廊咖啡室，佢哋自助晚餐啱啱轉左做養生自助晚餐，佢哋依然保持一定嘅水準大大隻嘅海蝦有新鮮嘅刺身，仲有其他凍海鮮都新鮮㗎，再飲返碗人蔘雞湯超正，我比較喜歡吃佢哋嘅牛肉超級好味同埋海南雞飯yummy，另外再試吓佢哋嗰啲養生熱盤⋯有清燉牛肉，天麻浸魚片有蟲草花蒸雞再加多個鮮淮山炒飯都唔錯最後梗係甜品啦剩返碗桃膠雪耳糖水咁就10分圓滿。

During my layover at Hong Kong International Airport, I decided to have dinner at the Regal Airport Hotel’s buffet, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The buffet offered an incredible variety of cuisines, including Indian, Western, and Chinese dishes ensuring there was something for everyone. I particularly loved the curry it was rich, flavorful and perfectly spiced. The seafood selection was fresh and delicious and I enjoyed the salad section, where I could create my own custom salad.The dessert section was a highlight for me with a wide array of sweet treats to choose from. The ice cream station was especially impressive offering many unique flavors that were hard to resist.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Despite being at an airport hotel the ambiance was surprisingly relaxing and didn’t feel rushed or chaotic. It was a great way to unwind during my layover.Overall the Regal Airport Hotel buffet exceeded my expectations. The food quality variety and service were good and it made my layover in Hong Kong much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the airport!

14/2預訂並預繳咗兩位自座晚餐，八點去到坐低，一開始想拎嘢食已經發現有一半的食品經已得返個吉盤或者得返啲餸頭餸尾。心諗轉頭會再fill，所以是但拎少少嘢返埋位食住先。點知食完再行出去，竟然連僅餘嘅都無埋，得返啲湯同海南雞飯，正當諗緊有冇搞錯嘅時侯，已經聽到有其他客人向waitor 投訴，輾轉間我都發現最少有四枱客人投訴冇嘢食。等咗45分鐘都唔見佢打算補充食品，最後我自己都去問位waiter仲會唔會補充食品。佢嘅回覆話會嘅，跟住就叫廚房整嘢食。前後又等咗成半個鐘，到9：15終於見到有少量食品出現，但發現原來係一盤煎餃子、一盤羊架同一盤薯仔，仲要自助餐係9：30分完場。全場大部分客人喺呢個時間都已經等到冇人走曬，我都畀呢啲服務態度搞到到冇胃口再食落去。抱歉，因為實在係冇嘢食到連相都影唔到。
