萍姑姐生日🎂請陳氏家族食自助餐，揀咗帝苑酒店🏨下午茶☕️，一行13人，浩浩蕩蕩，1530食到1730，可提早入場坐下。唔爆，夠鐘1530侍應提大家攞嘢，因為屋企人last minute先入場所以冇時間影下d食物🥘相就俾人搶住圍食。見有長腳蟹 🦀 我排隊攞，睇落大隻新鮮，攞埋龍蝦🦞鉗，剪咗一半，露肉，攞多兩隻翡翠螺就返位。每個位都有蟹剪，幾方便，長腳蟹肉都新鮮，唔算太咸，皓食。龍蝦🦞鉗食一半，仲有一半肉喺入面，要用刀撩出嚟食，翡翠螺都皓食。第二🥈轉食魚生，三文魚🍣唔夠肥美，八爪魚🐙都一般。第三🥉轉食牛肉同羊肉，都唔夠肥美，一般。第四轉食甜品🍮，去食斑蘭pancake但counter冇人，要去隔離甜品🍮櫃叫厨師但都要時間，我要求多cream,厨師問要唔要香蕉🍌，我話要，落埋，新鮮即整，要埋雞蛋🥚仔，但要時間，攞咗斑蘭pancake返去加埋HaagenDazs咖啡☕️味雪糕🍦。Pancake皓有斑蘭味，正。途中有響鐘，原來有生日🎂拿破侖可打卡，之後排隊切件攞，可惜腍咗。第五轉攞甜品🍮，芝麻糕俾人攞哂，我攞咗tiramisu、栗子🌰蛋糕🍰仲有雞蛋仔，可惜雞蛋仔皮唔夠脆。食到皓飽 continue reading

帝苑酒店地點方便，適合我約住不同地區嘅家友朋友食自助餐(雅苑座)。今日放大假，帶美國🇺🇸回港探親既哥哥及嫂嫂同家人一行8人食中午自助餐，平日都有九成滿座，真係非常之受歡迎。我都係喜歡食凍海鮮，有阿拉斯加蟹腳、翡翠螺、蝦、蜆、龍蝦鉗及麵包蟹，🦀️腳雖然唔係好大隻，但都唔咸有鮮味😋，刺生嘅三文魚、吞拿魚及八爪魚都新鮮。海南雞飯份量適中，係招牌菜之一，串燒都多選擇，不過今日我無食。 今日沙律菜好多款式及非常新鮮，有幾樣沙律醬可選擇。西冷牛扒賣相一般，但食落有驚喜，好香牛肉味，加少許芝士焗薯蓉👍🏻。甜品選擇非常之多，我揀咗Tiramisu 及藍莓芝士餅，當然仲有帝苑酒店出名嘅蝴蝶酥啦，加埋即制斑蘭香蕉pancake 配Häagen-Dazs 雪糕，非常之滿足。飲品有好多選擇，有果汁、罐裝汽水、咖啡及茶都係自助及free flow 任飲。我做埋Go Royal金咭會員，食自助餐有62折扣優惠， 加埋兩老有長者優惠，真係非常之抵食🥰 continue reading

    親戚由澳洲番香港渡假，今次下塌帝苑酒店，幫佢地洗塵就近近地揀在酒店的自助餐。食物 - 海鮮，魚生壽司，燒牛肉，串燒，燒味，海南雞飯，湯粉面，冷熱盤，當然唔少得佢餅房出名的蛋糕和蝴蝶酥等等。。。種類真心多，質素亦唔錯，例如龍蝦肉質彈牙唔會"林姐姐‘’；每人贈送的鮑魚花膠亦煮得入味；環境 - 今日雖然係星期日晚，但目測幾乎滿座，枱與枱之間比較密，亦相對比較嘈；服務 - 服務員好勤力甘收碗碟，態度都好好，我地差不多係最後果幾枱離開都唔見佢地走黎‘催’。對上一次惠顧，應該係1年多前的事，整體我覺得佢仍舊保持到水準，算是幾唔錯。 continue reading
