來到尖沙咀平時這間餐廳有很多人流,今晚早了收工一定要去感受一下懷舊食物。Menu有很多懷舊小食,好似有懷舊腸仔包、雪沙、豬油撈飯等等。我從來沒吃過豬油撈飯,所以必定要吃。豬油渣蝦乾炒飯先看到很多炒香了白飯魚鋪滿在飯上,白飯魚香脆,飯炒得很乾身,蝦乾大條香口。美式雜扒 配蒜蓉意粉(跟餐有羅宋湯)吃鐵板餐就是喜歡把汁淋在食物上嘅時候,「炸」的一聲。這個餐份量好大,炸雞翼煙肉法蘭克福腸雞扒和豬扒,還有一些粟米和西蘭花伴菜。所有肉類醃制味道都恰當。值得一贊那個蒜蓉意粉是用新鮮蒜蓉人手剁制,意粉彈牙。懷舊香蕉船真的用上透明玻璃盤放上香蕉,像一隻船,把香蕉分開一半放入雪糕和忌廉。菠蘿冰用原粒菠蘿的菠蘿冰。杏霜已把渣滓完全隔走,所以杏霜口感很滑溜。一邊行吃飯一邊有八十年代的懷舊金曲,好似鄭少秋汪明荃…回到讀書時期。

真係好可惜個肚完全冇空位,未試食佢出名嘅雪糕菠蘿包,下次嚟到一定要試食!

另外有位男服務員完全好似發緊夢、新嚟,完全唔熟悉餐牌,邊啲跟餐有湯有嘢飲、邊啲要加錢。原本餐牌話加錢先有嘢飲,我哋就話唔需要,佢卻返轉頭又問我哋飲咩,我哋就再一次話唔需要、唔加錢,然後佢好似出咗去同收銀問,返嚟同我哋講話免費俾埋我哋,咁好啦就叫埋。。。點知最後出咗門口睇返條數,先知加咗我哋錢,我哋被收多咗錢。。。

本身有個阿姨好掂、好細心體貼服務,又講解豬油撈飯、又講食鐵板留意事項,對成餐飯嘅滿意度十分高。。。真係比嗰個男員工整嬲咗。
